1: Dangerfield retires due to his guernsey not pulling over his head.
2: North have a worse year under Clarkson than Noble. (If that’s even possible)

Forward line to actually work. I would love that.

Goody goes against his own pig headed beliefs and plays the better performers in the twos when some in the ones are sore. Turn the players over and see who can play or some with a bit of potential will go.

Clarry wins the Brownlow.

Finally a version of roaming Brian we can get behind!

1. Langdon and Hunter become a formidable wing duo.

2. Brown regains his fitness and kicks 40+ goals.

3. Fritsch finally gets an AA jacket.

• Kozzy signs long term

• Freo win the spoon

• Dees land Harley Reid in the 23' Draft

1/ world peace, health and prosperity for all.

2/ universal suffrage and education .

3/ kozzie to sign for an extra 3 years.

nothing difficult

Ok in terms of MFC

1/  fade outs after half time disappear

2/ player management for continuing fitness and education for the ones and Casey players on the rise.   Same issue to me.

3/ kozzie to win the norm smith medal,

this year, next year and then another

1.  I get to attend a game

2. JVR kicks 20+

3. Goodwin says : We didnt expect xxxx to be ready so soon

1 Next 4 Flags in a Row nar actually make it 5 and hopefully my hard drive doesnt run out of space

2 Choo Choo BROWNLOW

3 The Brodie Grundy and Max Gawn pairing becomes the most talked about mistake by the toothless Pies as a basket case of a decision to let him go as he, Lachy Hunter, and "The Shackey Attacky" have stellar seasons

In footy terms only in season 2023:

1. Flag;

2. Flag;

3. Flag.

All else is hot air unless it leads to another Flag.

Apart from the obvious Flag, would love to see Clarrie with a Brownlow around his neck. His consistent brilliance is extraordinary. I would also love to see Fritter lose that selfish reputation by hitting up some players in better scoring positions.

1. Kozzie to Sign as soon as possible.

2. Dockers to have a Shocker.

3. Fritta to release his Allen Jakovich, never handball and kick for goal anytime he's inside 50.

- Carlton miss the finals again in the same fashion as last season.

- Kozzie signs on early in the season (loves the club, hates the city of Melbourne is what #ETthetradewhisperer™️ is hearing).
- Bounce back and win some finals.

1. I wish I wasn't so indecisive

People stop hyping up JVR guy, may not play too many games at a high level.

Picket will go for the money, get what we can.

Doubt if Grundy and Gawn will spend time on the ground together.

How about a review into winning all those games straight then hitting the wall,  how did it all go belly up?

Quite a negative/sobering post but I agree with the JVR point.

Lets hope JVR plays plenty, as may mean he is picked ahead of BBB or TMac, not due to injury would be great!

Kozzie might go for money, but hoping he stays, just fantastic to watch some of his moves, goals and tackles!

Gawn & Grundy will be in ground for 80% each, so that’s 60% together.

Hitting the wall = fitness & injuries, possibly opposition adjustments at half time.

i'll sneak in an extra wish

  1. flag - demons
  2. wooden spoon - flogmantle
  3. brownlow - tie clarrie and tracc
  4. contract extension - kozzie

  • REPORT: Western Bulldogs

The next coach of the Melbourne Football Club faces the challenge of teaching his players how to win games against all comers. At times during this tumultuous season, that task has seemed daunting, made more so in light of the surprise news last week of the sacking of premiership coach Simon Goodwin. However, there were also some positive signs from yesterday’s match against the Western Bulldogs that the challenge may not be as difficult as one might think. The two sides presented a genuine football spectacle, featuring pulsating competitive play with eight lead changes throughout the afternoon, in a display befitting a finals match. The result could have gone either way and in the end, it came down to which team could produce the most desperate of acts to provide a winning result. It was the Bulldogs who had their season on the line that won out by a six point margin that fitted the game and the effort of both sides.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

The rain had been falling heavily in south east Queensland when the match began at Springfield, west of Brisbane. The teams exchanged early goals and then the Casey Demons proceeded like a house on fire in the penultimate game of the VFL season against a strong opponent in the Brisbane Lions. Sparked by strong play around the ground by seasoned players in Charlie Spargo and Jack Billings, a strong effort from Bailey Laurie and promising work from youngsters in Kynan Brown and  Koltyn Tholstrup, the Demons with multiple goal kickers firing, raced to a 27 point lead late in the opening stanza. A highlight was a wonderful goal from Laurie who brilliantly sidestepped two opponents and kicked beautifully from 45 metres out.
