Yep...

Rivers - Riv is back

Another great appraisal Joe boy!

Brayshaws 44% disposal efficiency wasn't overly classy...and I say this as #1 ticket holder to the Gus fan club

Best this year

Hey, hang on.. I thought I was the number one ticket holder of that prestigious establishment! I demand a duel at dawn!!

But like you, I could not give him votes for his game last night - his disposal was poor.

As long as he is kickingit our way I am happy

It looked to me like Max was putting his arms up to mark the ball but not really trying to grab it.As if he is tired of being thumped in the contest week in week out

I love him but have nightmares about his left foot 😂

Lever: Best Celebration Ever!

Melbourne Demon’s answer to Andrew Redmayne. I could watch this on replay ALL day!

It's pretty unlucky to not really have any frontline midfielders who are great kicks..  Brayshaw hasn't exactly raised the standard there, efficiency is probably his biggest weakness.

If our kicking skills in the middle were just a little better we would absolutely dominate teams.  Jealous of the Hawthorn and Brisbane midfields in their special eras, they were hard as nails but nearly all fantastic kicks too.

He was carrying a minor injury apparently.  There was some thought that he might have been a late out.  He seemed to mark ok once the game went on but his mobility was definitely not at its usual standard. Fortunately Jackson stepped up and played one of his better games for the year.

Joeboy - very good analysis

Dees - into top 4

Dees - get double chance

Oliver - real Brownlow chance

Viney - UFC a possibility

Goodwin - some new tactics

May - more creative kickins

Hibbo - great defensive game

Kozzzy - some amazing goals

and

Zorko - you fuc&((&@n [censored]

It does not matter ,getting it/making sure the other mob do not  is the first step, the rest is icing on the cake !!

Is there a league wide stat for the player who kicks the ball out on the full the most often?

Joeboy: gets it 100% right when we win by 10 goals and 90% wrong when we loose by two goals.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
