Winner of every MFC award, AA award and AFLaward multiple times along with an AFL Premiership the only awards he has yet to win is the Brownlow and Norm Smith which he may be able to win in the coming years

Worth every cent. One of the greatest talents to ever pull on the red and blue.

No doubt. Just getting in first before the likely suspects put out the “the cap being up means Oliver’s deal gets better and better for us over time!”

Its not like that, he will be underpaid anyway he is that good.

Whenever I worry about our future success I think of Clarry and feel better. Genuinely the best player I’ve seen in red and blue and the most consistent bloke in the league. He won’t rest until we win another flag.

Still so stoked that this deal was done.

Yep, love this lad!

I know we’ve had Mann, Flower, Barrassi but for my era, only Neitz and Oliver are etched in my memory for life. Such a privilege to be able to see this class

I'll add Gawn and Jurrah.

Gawn, because I've never previously seen a ruckman with the ability to tap the ball to all 360 degrees of the compass with either hand and with such precision.

And Jurrah because he's the most freakishly talented Melbourne player I have seen. Not the most consistent, not the best at all aspects of the game (tackling and aerobic capacity, for example) but just the most exquisite in aspects such as kicking and marking.

Most freakish in my time, and one I'll never forget, is Allen Jakovich. More unpredictable and yes, more exciting even than Jurrah.

No one comes close to Clayton.

Maccas and Clayton on Social Media, just released.

What an odd sponsorship partnership ... For a bloke that's never done media, now doing media...

And even at this early stage, I would like to commend the efforts of the audio department to make Clayton sound like he hasn’t got a terrible sinus problem.

I think it’s just part of the Maccas obligations that each club has to do. I love how Clarry is just Clarry 😂

Just look at it from the perspective of other sports.

Messi in soccer is probably the all time GOAT. However he, like Clarry, is not a natural when it comes to public speaking or advertising.

Clarry let’s his football do the talking. He’s a regular Shakespeare on the field.

I hang around with plenty of people Male and Female where Clarry words resonate with homespun candour, no bulltish and a lot of common sense. Suits me just fine!

Best line ever.

Clarry is Tybalt, McDuff, Othello and King Lear all rolled into one.

The first seven words of Richard III were certainly appropriate when Oliver started his career.
