Out.  Me.

I'll be in nz and watch at 9.30pm is not going to happen

What’s May diagnosis? If they ruled concussion then he missed next week under concussion protocols.

Van Rooyen time perhaps?

Tmac to help in the backline and Weidman out, never to be seen again.

Out: Melks, May, Weid

In: Harmes, Tomlinson, TMac

BB having no influence but i say give him another game to see how he goes

BBB was worst on ground. While he has credits and is obviously important, that was way below par. Mitch Brown should be under consideration.

Bit hard if all we do is bomb it in to packs for any player to mark we do not have a park mark player time to change it up.

Langdon?

Let’s hope so. We are a significantly worse side without him.

May will miss with concussion. At least Buddy got suspended.

Weid, Melk, May

McDonald, Tomlinson, Langdon

if lingers fit then absolutely he comes back in

Hopefully McDonald and Langdon in, at least.

It will be very interesting to see who comes in and out. We have a lot of sore, tired players (Gawn, Petty, May, Petracca and others) and we also had a heap of our very reliable players playing poorly. But you can't drop half your team.

Surely Dunstan, Melksham and Weid go straight to Casey and used only if desperate. Rivers needs a break, he has been average at best this year and defensively our weakest link.

Thinking that Hibbered, Salem, May, Langdon, Harmes, TMac and Smith are all out shows how

And suddenly our team looks whole lot better

Very much doubt Harmes will be ready

In:  Lingers, TMac, Tomo, Harmes, Salem (how far away is he?)

Out: Milkshake, Weid, May, 2 of Hunt/Rivers/Dunstan

Edited by JJ Haydos

Trent Rivers not half the player he was last year, needs a spell at Casey.
Melksham, 5 touches on a wing should never be seen at AFL level again.

Milkshake and Weid out, should not play ones again. May will miss with concussion. Petty may be doubtful, but he did play on after his injury (looked like an ankle). Dunstan is depth at best. Hopefully Langers and Harmes come in, TMac in but does he go back? If so, is it time for Van Rooyen if he hits the scoreboard at Casey tomorrow? Would like to see Hibbo in,but maybe another game at VFL, get him in for Collingwood to smack Ginnivan into the universe.

Not Carey but van Rooyen. Brown's had it and Weideman never had it. His combination with McDonald will go a long way to us winning the flag again. Lets face it we have a great backline a great midfield but an average forward line. van Rooyen is our only hope in rectifying it.

Tomlinson for May is a certainty.

After that depends on Petty, Petracca and Lever's fitness, and the fitness of those who we desperately need back.

Melksham, Dunstan and Weideman should all be dropped. Who replaces them is TBD but hopefully Langdon, Harmes and McDonald are fit.

If Langdon's not ready we can't go into the game with Spargo the starting wing.

I'm prepared to give Brown one more game, in the hope that the delivery is better than it was tonight. And because Weideman was just as bad but with fewer credits in the bank.

BBB has learnt the Melbourne way ( or whoever we are called at present) running up and down the field  maybe he could stay forward a bit more and use those big levers to snag marks and leave Lever to intercept down back.

Langdon, Harmes, McDonald come in. Tomlinson replaces May. Weideman and Melksham should never play a game again, that leaves one more out sorry Bedford it's back to the sub again. van Rooyen or Mitch.Brown should seriously be considered in replacing Ben.Brown.

  • REPORT: Carlton

The text messages started flooding in shortly after quarter time. One read: “Is Melbourne even at the ground?” Moments later, as Carlton’s Elijah Hollands kicked the first goal of the second term, the Blues held a commanding 43-point lead. By then, the Demons’ only score was a behind kicked by Brody Mihocek nearly five minutes into the game. Ironically, Mihocek would also register the last minor score of the day after the game took a dramatic turnaround.
