And I give 'em the 1 finger salute. This a ripper photo and pretty much the theme all year. The joy on their faces when a teammate has kicked a goal, not many instances throughout the season where a player on their own in a better position has felt aggrieved when bypassed for a shot at goal. Genuine happiness for teammates, each goal is worth a viewing of 4-5 times on the GF replay just to see the reactions in the background. One of my favourites is Spargo on his own in the goal square jumping and fist pumping the air. 3 Quote

And many more years of pain to come for you 1 3 Quote

rpfc 29,019 Posted October 1, 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 Pre-season surgeries for our main stars will determine whether we can defend the title. Injuries next year play a part but our squad will be pretty hungry still I reckon. 1 Quote

It becomes more apparent with each viewing. And it should be noted that his kick to Fritta in the goal square would have been a pretty insane goal of his own if Fritta elected to let it through. 1 Quote

On the one hand its nice to see people enjoying themselves, these are difficult times, but for someone my age its hard to fathom the GF horror being brushed away so easily by a dogs player. But I'm gradually learning, each to their own I suppose. (Although I'd probably be far less forgiving if it was one of our own after a loss!) 1 Quote

I hate the way footy fans expect players to act like they’re at a funeral after they lose a game. Just because we’re emotionally unbalanced and tie our complete mental well-being to our footy team, doesn’t mean the players should. And this was obviously some time afterwards, seeing as it is in a night club. Fair dinkum, who cares. 20 Quote
bringbackthebiff 658 Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 Can someone fix up afl.com.au. Doesn’t have Salem goal in the match report (has Neal-Bullen with 2). Cheers 2 1 Quote

Mazer Rackham 14,971 Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 A bit of Sunday morning poetry for you all.
