Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

What a bunch of drug ****edd supporters, Hirdy is god. Boooooooooooooo

FLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOGGGGGGGGSSSSSSS

PHEW

Not convincing but we did what we needed to do (the apt summary for most of our games this year) and will take the 4 points.

We need to sort out our i50 very quickly.

That booing was killing me!

Carp win. But I'll take it

Thank God for Steven May

Great to beat the bombers. Suck it up you druggies

Typical Melbourne win. Defence to the fore.

May superb and BOG. Lever rock solid. Salem back on form. One of Hunts best games.

Trac stood up when we needed him to and kicked those crucial goals

Play of the game. Double 50 leading to jordons goal. Thanks umps.

Forward set-up not working. We’re not getting full value for our dominance. Goal kicking, our perennial problem, will cost us.  If we are to end our wait for a flag we have to get BB fit and firing somehow.

Looking forward to a Saturday afternoon game at the G next weekend

Go Dees

We got a great run with umps tonight, but we’ll take it.
Was it just me or were a lot of players struggling to make the distance with their shots.

Time for Ben Brown to get a run.

Important win. In form oppo capable of playing well. Took the long road home .... straight kicking would have had it over with at half time ... but put them away. Good steadying win.

The druggies booing was on par with the South African noise at the World Cup.
Seriously what a bunk of Willy Wonkers.

Just now, Youngwilliam said:

The umpires were disgraceful, fortunately they were favouring the Dees tonight.

Blessed are the umpires, for they saw the light tonight. GO DEES!

V happy with hunts game tonight

Shut Tippa down and stopped a lot of fwd thrusts

It would have been unbelievable how many terrible decisions and non-decisions they made, except they do it every game every week.

Jake Lever absolutely outstanding but our forward line is a worry

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
