This series is probably the best stuff that our Media people have ever produced.  The Preview is tantalizing .... just as it should be!

Without doubt.  Not sure how many episodes there will be but it will likely end up  being  over an hour.

Would be great viewing as one full doco.

According to the Preview, this will be the penultimate episode of a 5 part series.

There's one thing I really hate about this documentary why does it have to be 7:00 on Sundays  why not around 5

Because the club want supporters well and truly liquored up before they watch it.

Kozzie's hanger over Jacko ? .I'm going to miss these weekly documentaries when they end next week.

Another great episode. The Harley Bennell announcement was very special.

Indeed it was 3183, lump in the throat moment especially after seeing Langdon give Bennell the biggest hug. Great stuff!

Interested to see how they go from a three, potentially four man leadership group back to two.

Maybe the only votes they got were for Gawn and Viney?

Good move, anyone who needs a title to be a leader shouldn't be one.

You can watch it literally any time you want. It's available on demand from 7pm.

I know 2019 was an awful experience but it might just have been worth the pain to grab those three boys in the draft.

Geez if 05:15 doesnt hit you right in the feels, you must be a robot.

Cant wait to see HB back on the field.

Great stuff MFC.

Really great stuff.

*sniff

Geez that kossie mark..

Theres a lot of Jeff Farmer about him..

Geez, the Harley bit got me again!  Bleary eyed right now!  A 70+ year supporter, and I've never loved this Club more.  I'm sure the red wine is contributing, but I'm so excited for this season.  Go Dees

I was trying to think who number 3 or potentially 4 would be.

Possibly Jones but I couldn't imagine he'd be keen on deputy vice captain these days, it would make some sense if he said that's really not required. Jetta, Lever, McDonald, Harmes? The boldest call could be Steve May and then his injury post camp making them rethink it.

Emotional incontinence?

They ask the players,  answer why not just a Captain and Vice Captain like the old days

Last ep still my current favourite but still really enjoyed this, particularly Kozzie taking a cracking mark over Jacko!

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

I suppose that I should apologise for the title of this piece, but the temptation to go with it was far too great. The memory of how North Melbourne tore Melbourne apart at the seams earlier in the season and the way in which it set the scene for the club’s demise so early in the piece has been weighing heavily upon all of us. This game was a must-win from the club’s perspective, and the team’s response was overwhelming. The 36 point win over Alastair Clarkson’s Kangaroos at the MCG on Sunday was indeed — roovenge of the highest order!

  • CASEY: Werribee

The Casey Demons remain in contention for a VFL finals berth following a comprehensive 76-point victory over the Werribee Tigers at Whitten Oval last night. The caveat to the performance is that the once mighty Tigers have been raided of many key players and are now a shadow of the premiership-winning team from last season. The team suffered a blow before the game when veteran Tom McDonald was withdrawn for senior duty to cover for Steven May who is ill.  However, after conceding the first goal of the game, Casey was dominant from ten minutes in until the very end and despite some early errors and inaccuracy, they managed to warm to the task of dismantling the Tigers with precision, particularly after half time when the nominally home side provided them with minimal resistance.
