For [censored] sake, Tigers are going to blow this, aren't they?

Bombers were one goal away from capitulating before Parish kicked his. Now the Tigers are barely holding on by 2 goals.

Plenty of umpire love to the Bombers of course, all going to plan for AFL House.

Pretty hard for Goody to foresee the demise of Jayden Hunt this year.

Oh no! Tigers on a roll. Cue umpires for a [censored] ludicrous free kick directly in front of goal to the Bombers.

Could they be any more shameless? [censored] joke.

AFL: “Looks like Essendon are going to miss the finals again, damn”

Umpires: “Hold my beer.”

Oh.....the commentary is sickening......Druggies have a lot of wonderful players tonight.....blah, blah, blah.....best part was Goddard tripping over his shadow.

That free was [censored] ludicrous!

I want to see some angry sad bomber supporters.

Pathetic cheating piece of sht club

Did you hear Bruce when the tigers got their last goal? He was gutted

So biased

Goodnight Bummers....see ya, wouldnt wanna be ya...

Channel 7 really are a disgrace.

Just call the game you muppets

[censored] off umpires you cheating maggots. And could this commentary be any more biased? Just [censored] retire Bruce.

If anyone needs to see exhibit A in blatant umpire cheating, this is as close as you'll see outside of umpiring in WA/SA games. Shameless, gutless pricks.

Stupid interpretation of a rule

Thatwas the worst deliberate free kick paid I have ever seen

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
