Wanted to make a thread for this, huge achievement during tough period at the club and hands down champion and good bloke.

Works tirelessly in the back half and deserves a pat on the back

Wel done Lynden.

I will be giving this Man a standing ovation tomorrow. Much deserved, looking forward to seeing him run out in the red and blue as our VC with his son.

Let's get the win for him!!!

Olisik, is, Lynden Dunn.

I remember watching Dunn and Bate when they had both played only a handful of games. Neither came on as I thought they would at the time but Dunn has certainly stuck in there and become a good solid player.

Congrats to him for his hard work.

First player ever to not leave MFC as a free agent. Loyal and dedicated. Always would be one of the first selected each week.

Let's hope the boys play with their heart and soul for Lyndenn as he always does for them and get the win

His consistency and dedication to improve his game has been first class during a period of absolute horror.

Much admiration for the dunny brush.

Deserves a spell from the back half at some point in my opinion, even if just a few games to freshen him up. Couldn't do any worse than the Hulk's last game or Dawes and might even kick a couple.

My bro and I agreed when he ran out for his 100th in that belting against Port that he was the worst 100 gamer ever. The turnaround has been stunning.

All credit to him for putting in the hard work prior to and during season 2014 and turning his career around.

It was on the line and he did the right thing.

Sure 2015 hasn't been as good for him personally but I look forward to this game.

Wel done Lynden.

Yep, well done Lynden, never would have thought he would still be on the list just a few years ago.

But....champion??? Really?!

Id give him good to very good at times, and yes a good bloke I agree with!

I really enjoyed reading the interview with Lynden. Seems like a respectful, grounded guy and hard to believe he is only 28. Feels like he has been around for a lot longer. I wish him all the best for his 150th game and many more wins to come.

What a career turnaround! Went from a struggling utility with a dodgy moustache to being a clean shaven vice captain. Congratulations to Dunny on 150 games! Could be a future 250 gamer for the Dees if he continues playing well in defence.

Watched his first game as a skinny runt of a forward running around like a chicken with his head cut off against the Dockers at the MCG under Danners. Never thought he'd make it. He still kind of hasn't.

Still, he's played 150 more games of footy than me, so...congrats on that one.

Congrats, Lynden. Hopefully you put in a better performance this week. We're gonna need it without Garland. But labelling him a champion is laughable and really shows you up, Olisik.

Very happy for the Club Dunny! Came to the Club as an under-age recruit, and has hung in there through thick and thin. Could never describe him as a "star". But, he's given his all for the team, and has finally found his niche down back, and has been rewarded for his effort and leadership with the VC.

Congratulations on your 150th, Dunny! Just hope you can continue to provide great service, and hang in there long enough to finally play Finals!

Well done Lynden. I just love those big goals you kicked when you played forward. Always a chance from 50 out.

Some of the ''rehab 5'' participated in non contact drills and b

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

    TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov
