Chris Dawes Injury.

How serious is his calf injury? Lets just hope it was a corky as I haven't heard anything in the media yet.

I'm hoping they were just icing it up and that is all.

Did any one see him pull up from a run?

On the Melbourne web site Dawes was quoted as saying he just wanted to get through the practice match 'unscathed' and that he achieved that aim. Icing him up as a precaution?

I've been hearing how big/ripped he is in posts, but, wow, his arms are huge there.

Huge and articulate.

He'll be fantastic this year.

If we can get a full season out of Chris we can win games.

Look at the size of him. He is a man mountain.

Neeld was right with this decision.

I will pay him that one.

It wasn't Neeld.

The only good thing that came from the Neeld era was good recruiting (think Toumpas, Viney, Hogan, Dawes, Clark, Kent, Terilch, Clisby etc) and it wasn't him. It was the recruitment team.

People always bang on about the mistakes (Gillies, jury out on Pedersen and Byrnes) but I think people do forget just how good our recruiting has been for the last couple of years and how good the decisions have been in respect of letting others go.

I wonder how our demonland media man is going with the media negative reports website.

He was right to do the study In my book I believe. Very good idea.

I mean why is it that because Tappy pulls a medial and hes out for a month... that its then portrayed as terrible news & the end of the world....

Its a month...

It may surprise you all to read this, but my arms are bigger than Chris Dawes', and I'm also more articulate. My voice is deeper than his as well.

Of course it was the recruitment team but we know that Neeld was directly involved in the decisions to get Clark and Dawes and since he seems to cop all of the stick for recruiting errors (like Gillies who cost next to nothing) then he deserves at least to get some of the kudos for what he got right like his role in improving team fitness and discipline levels and our recruiting.

That must be how you got the nickname Chook

Can you hold down Centre Half Forward?

I am so articulate I can run interstate freight, my voice is deeper than deep, but i am only the size of one of Dawes' arms

My arms are so huge I'm unable to roll up my sleeves.

In my dreams I kick twice as many goals as Dawes. Put me in your Dream Team.

That's not a lot so far ET

That's not a lot so far ET

I was going to say, ET's dreams are quite humble - mine are a lot more grandiose; i kick twice as many as Tony Lockett

Now there is someone who can dream!
