Hope Port do Collingwood tonight. Go the Power!

Never thought I'd be saying this. Go Port!

I like the Hawks always have.

They won by 8 goals without Buddy.

It is in the bag.

We are a happy team at Hawthorn!

Absolutely disgraceful umpiring so far. Unbelievably biased towards Geelong, of course. Simonds stadium is a hole

Doubt there has ever been such an unashamed and sustained bias in AFL history

At least they were consistent

Cannot believe Freo overcame and won

They must be good

No chook

I genuinely like Hawthorn they have been everything the MFC have not been for 35 years.

Go Hawks

Freo are a huge threat.

Two years in a row a Roos' apprentice wins a flag?

sorry ...were you trying to make some sort of point there ....:)

Heath Shaw is seriously one of the angriest and dumbest footy players going around. Come on port keep it up

Seems a little on edge, I agree

I like the way he's playing however

Disclaimer : Writer has $50 on Port Adelaide

Scott had another whinge saying Freo got a couple of soft free kick goals. On return to the panel Shaw and Dermie gave it to him.

Shaw said, surely he is not blaming the umpire for the loss.

Dermie then fired both barrells saying he had to be joking, as the Cats got plenty from the umps and it should be Freo who were upset. He asked if Scott was complaining about the free to mayne for push in the back. He said if you fall into a guys back and lie on top of him, it is a free every day of the week. Couldn't believe Scott raised the issue of the umpires.

Both Scott brothers have shown themselves to be the worst whingers ever in football.

Surely Scott didn't complain about the umpires! Hilarious. Yes, the Cats are often crucified down at Kardinia Park.

And Joel Selwood often goes an entire quarter without a head high free.

He just kicked a handy goal.

pretty handy this kid...whats his name...Wines ??? Where'd he come from ?

Posted

Come on Port

This would top of the last two days.

Roos as coach, cats beaten at home and the collywobbles beaten at home (hopefully) the look on fugglies face would be priceless.

Toumpas over Wines

    TRAINING: Friday 28th February 2025

A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers headed down to Gosch's Paddock to bring you their observations from today's training session before the Demons head off to Perth for their final Practice Match. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Beautiful morning, not much wind, more than a couple of dozen spectators.  The players were up and about, boisterous and having fun. One of their last drills were three teams competing in a hard at it, handball game in a small area. Goody

THE ACCIDENTAL DEMONS by The Oracle

In the space of eight days, the Melbourne Football Club’s plans for the coming year were turned upside down by two season-ending injuries to players who were contending strongly for places in its opening round match against the GWS Giants. Shane McAdam was first player to go down with injury when he ruptured an Achilles tendon at Friday afternoon training, a week before the cut-off date for the AFL’s pre-season supplemental selection period (“SSP”). McAdam was beginning to get some real mom

RETURN TO NORMAL by Whispering Jack

One of my prized possessions is a framed, autographed guernsey bearing the number 31 worn by my childhood hero, Melbourne’s champion six time premiership player Ronald Dale Barassi who passed away on 16 September 2023, aged 87. The former captain who went on to a successful coaching career, mainly with other clubs, came back to the fold in his later years as a staunch Demon supporter who often sat across the way from me in the Northern Stand of the MCG cheering on the team. Barassi died the
