Even if he did not have any alleged sexual relationship with the girl, Nixon has displayed, once again, an appalling lack of judgement, wisdom and tact.

1. Having private contact with a spiteful and volatile individual who has already compromised your client. Especially after making public comments about her vulnerability.

2. Attending her hotel room at any time. (An absolute no go zone). He should have met her in the hotel lobby or other public areas in normal business hours. The Herald Sun witnessed Mr Nixon leaving the girl's hotel on Tuesday at about 7.15am. Ugh!

3. Supplying alcohol to a minor. Together with point 2 on Valentine Days its a terrible look.

Was Nixon driving to and from the hotel? Were there any trams around?

Costello was wrong. He should have included player/managers as well.

How could any professional sportsperson entrust their management to this man?

It`s such a serious error of judgement you almost have to question his mental wellbeing.

I have a mate that works at one of the papers. He told me about this last night before it hit the papers.

Apparently a lot more to the story but papers not willing to report yet. Hopefully it all comes out and exposes Nixon for what he is.

Ricky may be looking for new clients soon. And Fevola looks like getting sacked and may perhaps need a new manager. These two would make a great partnership. The girl is amazing. It appears no red blooded male can resist her charms with the exception of perhaps Saint Nick. I hope none of our boys get mixed up with her. It is good she may have fled to New Zealand. No young footballer is safe.

So you're placing the blame on a vulnerable 17 y/o, and not on the 47 y/o man who went to her hotel room with alcohol in hand?

Interesting conclusion isn't it. Especially considering Nixon himself stated that she was very vulnerable back when the photo fiasco was occurring.

She may be vulnerable but she's all too willing to get involved and compromise men so as to inflicit maximum humiliation and/or criminal consequences for revenge or financial gain. She appears to be totally amoral and I don't think anything can be done to help her nor does she appear to want help. She should be seen for the chisler she is. But I can forgive a callow young footballer getting involved with someone like her because they would not have the smarts to control their testosterone. But for Ricky, he deserves all he gets. He's just a dirty old man always looking for the main chance.

She's a 17 year old, who was taken advantage of by multiple stkilda players, who treated her like she's awesome, until one of them got her pregnant and they dumped her like a piece of rubbish.

The afl players treated her like shizen, and this is just one of numerous examples of afl players thinking they can treat girls like they are worthless and have no consequences.

This girl has been put through hell and back. The way she tried to exact revenge was immature and spiteful... and she will probably readily admit that looking back in a few years... but guess what? She is immature, she's an underage teenager.

She should be seen as a victim, and these new revelations about Nixon just show how these dirty older men and taking advantage of her.

Blaming the girl instead of Nixon is like blaming the gorilla for attacking someone stupid enough to jump the fence into its enclosure.

Anyone who has this man representing their football and business interests must be asking themselves some hard questions today.

    BLOODY BLUES by Meggs

The conclusion to Narrm’s home and away season was the inevitable let down by the bloody Blues  who meekly capitulated to the Bombers.   The 2024 season fixture handicapped the Demons chances from the get-go with Port Adelaide, Brisbane and Essendon advantaged with enough gimme games to ensure a tough road to the finals, especially after a slew of early season injuries to star players cost wins and percentage.     As we strode confidently through the gates of Prin

Melbourne’s most important player who dominated the first half of the season until his untimely injury in the Kings Birthday clash put an end to his season. At the time, he was on his way to many personal honours and the club in strong finals contention. When the season did end for Melbourne and Petracca was slowly recovering, he was engulfed in controversy about a possible move of clubs amid claims about his treatment by the club in the immediate aftermath of his injury. LIVE AND LET DIE by Meggs

The Demons’ impressive late season charge to finals will most likely come unstuck this Saturday evening when the Bombers blow up the also-ran Blues in the Ikon Park double-header.   To mangle McCartney, what does it matter to ya? To have any chance to play next week Narrm has got a job to do and needs to do it well.  We’ve got to give the Pie sheilas hell, say live and let die! It’s Indigenous Round for this game and the chance to celebrate and engage with Aboriginal and Torres

Sadly, had to wrap up a great career in midstream on the back of multiple concussions which culminated in the Maynard hit in the 2023 Qualifying Final.
