No player in the history of the game has been so utterly let down by his employer as Fevola was at Carlton. They are a rabble of a club and I can't wait to roll them.

Still kicked 4 though.

2 from remarkably dodgy frees.

How was that Grimes free for holding the ball, after the umpires flat out refused to pay holding the ball for the entire game?!

I loath Fevola, he and his one remaining brain cell were outplayed tonight, and it was a great sight.

(Bloody awesome footballer though)

Are you tripping?

I have no love for CFC and would have preferred Fevola stayed there and ensured they never tasted any further success but how did they let him down. Trading him after his 5th last warning ....?

what an ass

Off the top of my head ... Daisy Thomas.

That is all.

Fair call... it would certainly be a close contest on any given day

Best moment of the whole game, apart from Scully's goal on the run, was the 50 metre against Fev for pretending he'd taken the grab, lying on the ground while the Melbourne player who'd marked it was waiting for the ball! Priceless.

Fevola is one of the best kicks for goal outside 50 i have ever seen

An explosive forward just like Allen Jacovich

The greatest plus opposition players have is he is a nutter on and off the field

It effects his football

Spot on. Me Too.

Weren't they the ones who took 'Barass' from us.?

Didn't they outbid us for the JUDDmeister?

Didn't they outbid us for that Warnock Totem Pole.

Where did they get the Money, & or salary cap space?

I wouldn't say I disliked Fev........he's a great player to watch when he is on song.

His problem is he's just a meathead!

I'm with Hell Bent. Didak first, probably Milne second. I didn't like Fev tonight, but when we aren't on the end of him I like him at times. Warnock played one of his best games. Don't worry about the 4 goal score line. The umpire invented a new prior opportunity rule when giving the free against Grimes.

I just asked him if he had a house or wife anymore. That was good enough for me. Admittedly, it is all a bit too easy though.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

Demonland's own Whispering Jack was not in attendance but he kicked off proceedings with the following summary of all the Preseason Training action to date. We’re already a month into the MFC preseason (if you started counting when the younger players in the group began the campaign along with some of the more keen older heads)

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
