How would you have done it? Players in this environment have no viable choice but to lie in my opinion.4 points

Added my name today. It's pretty much a donation as I live in NSW and work rotating shifts, so watching games on the TV is hard enough, let alone getting to them. Still I feel better for doing it and quite enjoyed putting Jordie Mac as my favourite player in the survey. Heh. Bite me, Jordie haters!4 points

In all honesty what will it take for Tom Scullys name to never appear on this website ever again? It is way past time to move on4 points

I had a look at our draw a while ago and reckoned 7 wins was a good result. More than that and I'll stop wearing dresses.3 points

I personally haven't got over the way Ron left the club. Best and Fairest, and Premiership captain one moment, we are the navy blues the next. Meanwhile I'm stuck at Richmond station for 50 years watching the 2pooz pass by.3 points

and one that i think is very attainable, 4 wins last year, 9 games we were in a very winnable position, add another quality pre season, some new recruits, Hogan to add far more structure and confidence kicking forward and i think some of those games become wins rather than losses. we really need guys like Salem and Toumpas to lock down spots if at all possible though, i love Matt Jones and the way he plays but i really think for us to go forward as a club our young talent needs to overtake those kind of players.3 points

Had to look that one up. Don't hit the images on your search engine at work.3 points

Thought this had something to do with Tom Mac visiting the Cadbury factory or something. Instead it's about that twerp that we were going to give an blank check to. Lord, what a good thing he did by leaving us. They end up with Scummo and Phat Phil, we end up with Tyson and Hogan. I'll shake that overpaid hacks hand if we ever meet.3 points

I took an American visitor to that game Frankie and he was hooked from that moment. I remember watching Ablett climb on a Richmond player's back and take an amazing mark in the centre. He was a freak. Kicked crazy goals that day. Just about the best individual performance I have seen.3 points

Joel Selwood. Not only for his football ability, but for the huge number of girls he has bonked down my way (Geelong) who are both single and with boyfriends. Every second girl down here has a Joel Selwood story ✌️??3 points

we were competetive in at least 9 games in 2014 (in that we were leading in the last quarter). That needs to improve to 15 games. We will be outclassed by Haw, Swans, Eagles, Geelong and Freo at home. Other than that we should be there abouts in all others which by my reckoning is 15 games. And hopefully we win half of those...so I am going with 8. That will make the season much more enjoyable. BUT we have to win the first game because I am sick and tired of getting excited about the start of the year and having the cra*p kicked out of us in Rd 1.2 points

On a personal level, to leave the football feeling positive and upbeat for a change - win, lose or draw.2 points

Ernest...it WILL be resolved That occurs with the process having worked its way to its logical conclusion. This may yet require appeals etc from any and all but it will end. That this may not happen to a schedule of the AFL's liking is tough turkey really. That this may upset and annoy various to do with Essendon is really of no consequence. Do the crime, do your time. If those governing a sport see a breach and subsequently impose a penalty well thats all there is to it. Not everything has a price, sometimes principles are above it. Essendon may well not like whats coming there way, but there was a simple solution to the current state of affairs.........2 points

You mean he was opening the bowling for Sri Lanka when he was meant to be playing footy for us ?2 points

"In my view, this isn't about decisions made by ASADA in 2014 or 2013, it is about decisions made by athletes in 2012. Athletes and their support personnel and their clubs and so on," he said. Serious man crush on this McDevitt fella.2 points

I don't get why people still have their knickers in a bunch about Scully. He accepted the offer of a lifetime, which nobody in their right mind would have knocked back given how short the average AFL career is. Look at Trengove - we all admire his loyalty, but he could well be out of the game by the end of the season, and what are his income prospects for the rest of his life? And with two first round picks in return, we hardly lost out over the deal. Who cares if Scully said he was staying during the season? He could have said he was leaving, but do we really want to operate like the NRL where half the team has signed to play elsewhere by mid season? Franklin supposedly met with Sydney the day after Hawthorn lost the 2012 GF, but it didn't stop him being a decent player in 2013.2 points

Back when I lived in Melbourne and had an MCC membership I'd drop in and watch games for the hell of it. I was lucky enough to see the Garry Ablett show that day. He was unstoppable. Best game I've seen anyone play. Funnily enough I was talking about this game to someone last night as we talked about the best we've seen. And then this pops up.2 points

I honestly envied cat supporters. I went to the G to see Gary Ablett play all the time. Maybe it was just me. But I saw Richmond supporters applaud him when he was stuck on a wing and the Geelong coach obviously had said feed Gavin Excel at FF. He beat 2 teams to kick 14 and it seemed he wasnt showing off just playing as best he could.2 points

Currently GAJ, Pavlich, Mitchell, Barlow... Past-players: I had the utmost respect for Stephen Silvagni. I remember one match 1995/96 vs Carlton at the MCG. He and Garry Lyon were both running back with the flight of the ball, Lyon trying to mark a ball that was going through for a point. The ball went through for a behind and at the last moment, Lyon stumbled and was about to crash, head first, into the goal post. Silvagni, who had been close on his tail the whole day, reached down and grabbed him by the jumper and pulled him away before he collided with the post. Silvagni's day would have been a lot easier if Lyon had KO'd himself, but he did what a sportsman should. Small act that stuck in my head.2 points

Forgot about Pendles. Feels wrong having that much admiration for a Collingwood player, but he was a Dees supporter so he just ended up at the wrong club. Not his fault2 points

Gee some supporters really do need to move their footy to 2015, I want maybe, 1 ruck, 1 key defender and 1 key forward and then the rest be able to fill any position thrown at them, I think this is what Roos wants as well, if any player is played forward that Demonland determines to be a midfielder and vice versa (there has been some clamouring for Kent to rotate through the midfield), then there must be a valid reason for it They all practice stoppage work, they are expected to do their bit1 point
