As much as we are OFF they are ON. Everything they touch is gold & we’re using two grabs to pick up [censored]

lmfao another one.

Disco has quite the kick.

Seriously, if we can enter the main break having at least made inroads into the lead that will be something to work with, so another would be nice. Two would be great.

Carlton fans are just horrible, replacing essendon in the top three of the worst fan bases in the league??

Dont blame the Umpires we have been PUTRID

Well look two frees to us and hey we get a goal.

Even them umps please.

My Goodness our decision making is poor going forward.

Max no point punching it forward out of the ruck comtests as the Blues have a defensive (spare) sweeper sitting right in the hole waiting for that.

If you're punching it away at least target someone like Windsor out wide who can burst out and find a target inside

Just not getting enough of the ball plain and simple

They look stuffed, 5 day breaks are a joke

This just isn't our night, spent all our energy last week it seems.

We are so predictable. You didn't need to be a fortune teller to know we'd lack energy tonight. This is so similar to the Brisbane game. We really lack smarts. Why they didn't inject some fresh players beats me.

Rivers still can’t get a free.

i think rivers will have to be decapitated before he gets a free.

Issue 1

4 shots at goal from 27 entries

issues 2

beaten in contested ball

issues 3 through 37 i’ll write later

2nd quarter

Petracca 👏👍🏻

Billings 🤢

Oliver 🤢🤢

Pickett 🤢🤢🤢

Crntre clearances 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Goodwin finally tagged Walsh 😡

? full strength team ? Only Salem out of best 22?

umpiring is HORRENDOUS 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢. So inconsistent!!! Favouring Carlton unbelievably

Jeez, what a bad half of footy. Absolutely no forward method whatsoever, and forward pressure nonexistent. On top of that we're losing clearance and contest, so the ball is just constantly in Carlton hands.

As much as we love Max his hit out work is suspect, or our mid fielders don't take their positions at stoppage. It's one or the other.

First use to the opposition 80% of the time.

Why’s that not fifty? He hit the ball. Why the [censored] are the rules even written down

So they can be 'interpreted' how HQ want

He was assaulted twice that quarter. It was embarrassing.

Rivers is caught high… after having already been punched in the head, and nothing on either occasion?

He was even wearing a bandage for visibility! And still nothing!!

[censored] half. We made no inroads into the q1 lead, so it will need to be a pretty amazing q3.

dunno. Can’t see it. We don’t have enough winners. Some guys completely absent. Walsh smashing us. Weitering everywhere.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
