Defence looks very shaky. Particularly Lever.

Umps are looking after us.

Viney 4 free kicks.

Salem, JvR and Kozzie need to get in game.

Kids doing OK.

Max hasn't been clean

We did well to come back. Just need to stick our tackles and apply more pressure within the contest. Port were lucky early. They aren’t much of a side, so we should be able to break them down late. Viney getting frees he deserves, Rivers starting to realize he can take the game on - no one can stop him, and Howes.. just thoroughly impressive. Sky is the limit for Howes

Harsh decision against Windsor

Watching live I thought it was there, held on too long.

How’s that not fifty? Gawn gets no umpire protection

In what world is that not a 50 to max. Sozi ran straight into him after the mark.

I thought our boys composed themselves really well after the start. Just need to compete behind the ball as best we can.

I love supporting a team that never stops believing though. It’s great.

They must have sh*thouse hairdressers in Adelaide.

My wife dubbed Adelaide as the city of bad hair many years ago.

Expect this will be evened up.

Absolutely - probably within the first 5 mins of the second quarter

Salem getting tagged?

where's the 50 for the kick away...

Can someone pls get hold of Max (Choco) and tell him to plant that left foot (last step) pointed towards the right hand post.

That way he has little chance of such a big hook which he does about 80% of the time.

The left foot when planted is duck footed slightly left and thats where he kicks it

Jack viney 5 tackles 😤

Nah I love Port fans. Their whinging is free entertainment.

If we lose a close one it will be because we didn’t have a match up for Dixon. On track for 12 marks.

His name was Tomlinson

Didn’t Dixon run around the mark?

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
