Not overly worried as long as there is a serious week on the training track

That is the last game Weid should play this year (as a forward)

He is just not up to it

What’s with Petracca, did someone slip kryptonite into his muesli?

Not everyone is acting like 2 flags in a row is happening but their are some and a lot of others who can lay claim to the arrogant supporter type.

I get that, I’ve been told I’m negative after some results this season and that’s because you can win in certain ways and we haven’t been dominant against the spooners

Sell high on Jackson

Sparrow remains a myth

Jimmy Jordon keeps rising

Bedford too good for VFL

Hope Rivers has his post-AFL career planned out

You sad sack of a man, won 17 in a row, they caught us with 5-6 of our best out and you start slagging off our bright stars.  I actually feel sorry for you….

Lots to take out but it just shows how reliant we have been on May and Lever mopping up and cover cracks that can appear in the middle at times.

The forward line is a mess and my boy Ben Brown needs a spell.

McDonald has been our best forward since he was dropped so he was sorely missed.

We really need our small forwards to lift, they were rarely at the feet of the big guys when the ball hit the ground.

Petracca surely just still have knee issues because he looked like 2017 Petracca again.

The writing was on the wall. Struggled with momentum vs North and Eagles, made them look like the 2013 Hawks at times. As soon as a decent team shows up we get smacked, being inaccurate was no surprise.

Whilst getting wins on paper we have poor connection inside 50 and inconsistency.

Now with some decent teams coming up the MFC can no longer just show up, scratch a win and everyone on here act like 2 flags in a row is happening

Always when we struggle inside 50 work is a problem, been happening for ages, looks great when it clicks but too often lets us down but being good enough to win regardless covers the cracks

I don't want to see Weideman in a Melbourne jumper ever again.

We have become a little too complacent. Changes are needed in the forward line and midfield.

First time in 35 weeks we’ve had to deal with a loss

a disappointing result, our kicking for goal is still a concern, far too many players who just did not put in or could not find the ball all night. I suspect a few of those may be going back to the VFL and we may not see them again too soon. It is a good chance to try some other players from Casey and see how they go, cannot be worse than a couple who played today.

A terrible day from start to finish.
Don’t want to panic but last year we didn’t lose to a single top 8 side. This year we’ve only played 2 really good sides and Freo has not just beat us, they smashed us.

So disappointed in so many of our players. Trac was embarrassingly poor. If he’s injured to the point where he can’t chase he needs to have time off. Brown and Weideman a disaster today. Backline had a complete meltdown without May. Smashed in the air. Smashed at ground level. Really bad day.

Tbf we had it in our term in the 2nd quarter. Why can't we keep the intensity and clearance work on the third.

Goodwin takes too long to realise Jayden Hunt is no Good as Full Back.

I am disappointed that we capitulated as soon as the score was no longer in our favour.

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

    TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov
