Where should we be buying our merch from to make sure $$'s go to the club?  MFC store an obvious one.  Does stuff bought from the AFL store provide same $$'s?  New Balance store?  Buying the DVD from JB Hifi (or others)?

I assume I'm not the only whose Facebook feed is now full of Melbourne merch ads from all sorts of places?  Some looks good, but I don't want to buy anything that doesn't feed $$'s back to the club.

I would assume the AFL store would have some sort of dividend for the Dees for any Melbourne merch purchased but I don’t know for sure.

Not so sure what the situation with is regarding Dees merch bought from New Balance but I’m sure that they’ll do well out of this meaning they’re more likely to stick around a contribute more sponsorship dollars in the future.

In any event you’d hope that any official licensed products form the more legit outlets have a merchandise agreement in place with the AFL and therefore the Dees would get their cut

The $2.7 million/3 years worth of merchandise was before the Grand Final victory.

I’ve already spent a fortune on official premiership merchandise so imagine how much the club will make from this.

I haven't even started! My dad bought the $2k framed jumper though

I am keeping my powder dry so I have only spent in the 100s at the moment, at this stage all through the Demon shop.  Should i get a cheese board?

Can someone post when they receive their order through the mail?  It seems AP in Vic is on the point of collapse.

If anyone is after some sensational GF artwork this site has some very reasonable priced pieces that would look great hanging around the house - especially the GUS smoked em picture - https://mosaicmemories.com.au

Yeah, I'm wondering this too. All power to people that still have the tech for DVD/bluray (I still have my 'Hotter than Hell' video tape with nothing to play it on!). But I figured there'd be a web-based/digital version. To be honest, even USB is fast becoming redundant...

I still have a VHS machine that works beautifully.  National Panasonic were built like tanks

i also have DVD and Hard drives

Bidding for the signed Clayton Oliver premiership guernsey has surpassed $20,000!

Ok, who on Demonland wants to own up as being a millionaire?

One thing I will say is the Road to the GF tee is poor quality - at $40 I kind of expected Better Cotton Initiative (which is what Big W, Kmart etc use) or AS Colour or American Apparel. Feedback to Demonshop to be sent

I did drop a fair bit on GF Premiers merch though.

The “give ‘em hell” t shirt was pretty good quality. Although I do get most of my t shirts from red bubble…

Just ordered a framed picture of the boys with the cup signed by Maxy and Trac.

Cannot wait for this to turn up so I can stare at it for hours.

Understand, but doubling the price? That’s harsh

That’s where JB ordering thousands wins. But think of it, JB prob pay 10 per DVD and make 17, we prob pay 25 per DVD and make 15. Of not, thinking of the extra as making the club stronger to smash the comp for years to come.

I used to have a Panasonic that had 'Turbo Rewind' - went like 4 times faster or something. I was amazed it never shredded the older tapes.

Also, my Melbourne 'Fuchsia' Gin just arrived - 2 bottles. Not GF merch specifically, but very welcome. Might have a mid-week tipple tonight - is that wrong?

Yes i have “Turbo Rewind” Plays PAL or NTSC

Hop into a few G&T’s tonight for sure

This is our week to Celebrate

I bought some stuff from The MCG Shop this morning

I am sure the club benefits from there as well

So I messaged Furphy about those premiers beers the players were drinking after the game, I'd much prefer those than the ones Carlton Draught normally release (but would buy both), Furphy have said that they only had 57 cases of those made and the only way the general public can get one is through a competition they are running. It looked like the players must have drank the other 56 in the celebrations on Saturday night/Sunday!

Well this is a good start , the boys were signing the jumpers etc today , last time they will be together  for a while after they fly back tomorrow

When do they start selling the ski’s, snowboards and range rovers?! We can really lean into the silver spoon bulltish now we’ve won a flag.

Sorry but I can’t afford to be that generous

Won't be a Range Rover (despite being owned by JLR, which also owns Jaguar).

But a limited edition Jaaaaaaaggg might work. Nice dark blue leather with red piping perhaps?

Just got the premiers hat & road to the finals T-shirt for now  waiting on Finals DVD to be released and Hopefully some new balance gear

From their website below ,  hope this means more NB merch to come!

Congratulations Melbourne FC for winning the 2021 AFL Premiership

To help celebrate their phenomenal win, sign up to be notified of future premiership merchandise.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

Narrm time isn’t a standard concept—it’s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.
