Omac is always 25m away.

If he gets another game i wont renew my mship.

Umpiring is horrible. Hard to watch with the inconsistencies.

All those games gifted to Oscar the last couple of years in the name of development, and this is how he repays us.

And this is why Oscar McDonald is a spud of s footballer..

Simply just lets his opponent get a free run at the footy.

GTFO you [censored] spud

That was just disgraceful from him. It is an indictment on the match committee that he is selected.

Oscar was 5 meters off Bruce before he even started his running pattern then.  He didn't even have touch at any stage...FMD.

The simple coach instruction...."be patiemt and look for Oscar's opponent whenever you are coming inside 50!".

Too easy MFC ... why are we even having such inept non AFL standard players on our list??????

Is that 6 goals kicked on OMac? Serious question? I’ve seen him play some bad games but this is right up there. Zero intent...he ain’t an AFL footballer

If Oliver gets 10+ touches in the last we will win

Why. Are. You. So. Loose?!

So many players jogging on their own.

Been happening since we played them earlier in the year.

Far too easy.

It's just a clear indication the club dont want to win games till the end of year.

Pffftt ..... I'd poll well in this sides B&F.
If you think dinky 20m passes are gold.
Good for you.

If you polled DL as to who is our best kick I am confident most would pick Salem. You wouldn’t, that’s fine.

BTW who do you think is a better kick than Salem?

Our coach is a DH or we are on some planned massive tank. WTF is going on? Tim Smith a backman. Lol

Bets on the 4th quarter capitulation anyone?

I bloody hate it when the opposition wins a free kick and 2 or 3 players stand on the mark looking at each other...poor coaching

Just sit him on the bench for the last quarter. I’m convinced we would be better off

  • REPORT: Brisbane

“Max Gawn has been the heart and soul of the Dees for years now, but this recent recovery from a terrible start has been driven by him. He was everywhere again, and with the game in the balance, he took several key marks to keep the ball in the Dees forward half.” - The Monday Knee Jerk Reaction: Round Ten Of course, it wasn’t the efforts of one man that caused this monumental upset, but rather the work of the coach and his assistants and the other 22 players who took the ground, notably the likes of Jake Melksham, Christian Petracca, Clayton Oliver and Kozzie Pickett but Max has been magnificent in taking ownership of his team and its welfare under the fire of a calamitous 0-5 start to the season. On Sunday, he provided the leadership that was needed to face up to the reigning premier and top of the ladder Brisbane Lions on their home turf and to prevail after a slow start, during which the hosts led by as much as 24 points in the second quarter. Titus O’Reily is normally comedic in his descriptions of the football but this time, he was being deadly serious. The Demons have come from a long way back and, although they still sit in the bottom third of the AFL pack, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel as they look to drive home the momentum inspired in the past four or five weeks by Max the Magnificent who was under such great pressure in those dark, early days of the season.

  • CASEY: Southport

The Southport Sharks came to Casey. They saw and they conquered a team with 16 AFL-listed players who, for the most part, wasted their time on the ground and failed to earn their keep. For the first half, the Sharks were kept in the game by the Demons’ poor use of the football, it’s disposal getting worse the closer the team got to its own goal and moreover, it got worse as the game progressed. Make no mistake, Casey was far and away the better team in the first half, it was winning the ruck duels through Tom Campbell’s solid performance but it was the scoreboard that told the story.

Just a game and percentage outside the Top 8, the Demons return to Melbourne to face the Sydney Swans at the MCG, with a golden opportunity to build on the momentum from toppling the reigning premiers on their own turf. Who comes in, and who makes way?
