I’m ok to trade Pick 2 for Hill. As long as Langdon is part of it.

If not, I would stick with Anderson.

Dees without doubt need to keep Pick 2.

I know the club is into I think it’s 4th year of a 5 year plan to win a premiership. But trading away an Anderson is beyond stupid. Aka Josh Kelly trade...

Trade a senior player or two and 2nd round pick for Langdon and Hill if we are chasing both. I believe Freo will ask for Brayshaw...

If we have Pick 3. I think we trade it for Hill and Langdon. Pull the trigger on that one...

And we definitely go for Tomlinson to play back with ‘May Day’ and ‘Lever to Beaver’. Versatile player! He would be a great get.

What made you change your mind in the span of just over a week?

Trading pick 2 (as it stands) for Hill and Langdon would be a terrible decision, especially when there’s a good chance we could draft Anderson.

He hasn't, one post is about pick 2 and one is about pick 3.

Edit - Just saw you didn't quote his latest post. Agree with you Ethan.

Brad Hill is saints or Dockers in 2020. Likely onboard with the Saints. Adds even more pace and class to push Saints into finals contender.

Latest report saying Saints are into him for 900k per year. He is a good player but I think that's overs

At that price they are welcome to him.

Target Langdon. Much better value financially, cheaper trade option, and 3-4 years younger too.

No to Hill, especially at 900k! That’s superstar money, and he’s no superstar, just a good outside player.

Saints are screwing themselves. between Brad Hill and Dan Hannebry they'll have 1.7 mil per locked up. incredible

Saints are the new north Melbourne. Throwing cash around.

problem is, when you park your cash into too many roll Royce’s the service and insurance cost will kill you.

Would cost them pick 5 to match.

Surely they can't get him and King from GCS?

In terms of cap usage, Brad Hill + Dan Hannebery = Jake Lever + Steve May

I know which one of those options i'd rather. May has looked very good when on the park and Lever has been down, but we know his best is very good. both with be fine. Burgess will have them fighting fit next season.

Just reported on SEN - Brad Hill doesn’t want to play for the Dees.

Ed Langdon in the box seat to land with us.

Reports this morning that the Dees are in the box seat to land Langdon, I believe this was already reported yesterday on Demonland. How does he do it? #ETdoesitagain #Numberonenewsbreaker #ETthetradebreaker

translated meaning = we're not offering him enough.

We were going to end up giving up pick 2 for Hill anyway which I wasn't comfortable with

Happy to secure Langdon along with another outside mid and hopefully some forwardline scoring power

Sadly we're not a destination club unless we're willing and able to pay overs.

[censored] this. either we [censored] money down the toilet or sell the farm for injury prone players. surprised we haven't been sold the Sydney Harbour Bridge as our HQ.

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
