Gus could have been lost to the game from concussion. A "what could have been" story. Now tearing the game apart and keeping good players out of the team. Go Gus!!!!!!!

As could Nev ?

We played ver very unselfish football for 98% of the game, one of the very best games Iโ€™ve seen us play.

OMG. ย Name the 2% and we will admonish them ?

Great performance, hard to even know who our best player was. A real team effort.

But, what was the AFL, Chanel 7 thinking with the red ball in the first half. Terrible to watch.

Mate I support Cows as well why wouldnt you?

Iโ€™m speechless!!

Hibbo best on for me. Great win. We just seem to be dominating the contest and it flows on from there.

Next week we will win too against theย dogs and the reason I know that is because itโ€™s Jonesโ€™s 250 game and if anyone deserves a win itโ€™s him.ย

Go dees

Maybe the "experts" will start taking us seriously NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a ripper game.ย  Can't remember such play from the MFC!!!

I absolutely love this club.ย  Almost brought a tear to the eye watching this.ย  The players deserve it, the coaches deserve and, most all, we as supporters deserve it as well.

Lots of hard work still ahead of course, but to be 7-3 after ten rounds and to be playing the scintillating football that we are is so good to watch.ย  I have confidence in this side like I've never had confidence in a Melbourne side before.ย  I believe we can beat any side in the competition.

Soak it up everyone, the ride ahead is going to be amazing!

We are MELBOURNE!

We are the REAL DEAL!

Itโ€™s been a season of grit, growth, and glimpses of brillianceโ€”mixed with a few tough interstate lessons. Now, with finals looming, the Dees head to Kardinia Park for one last tune-up before the real stuff begins.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
