Brendon Bolton - won't sleep tonight

His team got picked apart at the seams. Great performance from the Dee's, insipid performance by Carlton players.

Oliver gets 26 touches and 6 score involvements and we’re like “meh”

I said that at half time in the game day thread. I thought he was average and only had 8-9 possessions, had a look and he was leading all with 14.

Most are spot on, although the comments on Spargo are way off the mark.  Unless they want to rest him there is no chance he is getting dropped for Garlett.  His footy smarts, toughness and pressure acts are invaluable at the moment.

I’m disappointed at the lack of Clarry Choo Choo love in your favourite player section.

Jono Brown talked it up during the game, he ended up with 4 direct goal assists and a hand in multiple others. Great sign of maturity that he doesn't have to kick a bag to have a big impact on the game. Suggest joeboy has another look at the game.

Tough on Vince. He had one bad kick out and everyone acts like he's a massive liability. Been solid all season.

Yup he'll have one bad kick and at the same time be the player willing to take the risks successfully kicking down the corridor when our backs are against the wall. Really important player at the moment. Was more worried about him trying to take players out again rather then the one errant kick.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
