Supremely confident today. We play this game on our terms, they can chase us. We are are far superior side and it will show.

Oliver BOG, Dee's by 10 goals.

Not feeling too good about this one especially after we fell asleep for half an hour last week, just like Round 1.

I wont tip us until I have reason to, and so far there is none.

North by 17, sadly.

God I hope we win this one, need to keep building momentum early in the season, confidence etc and fk off this losing streak.

North are taking me along to the Dees Chairman’s function so hoping for a cracking day with a easy Dees win.

Who’d you tip last night, out of interest?

As always I’ll head in hoping for the best expecting the worst (usual).

I just want to face the long commute home after beating North for once.

C’mon Dees!

There’s an old Jewish saying I think applies here: ‘things are never as good as you hoped...nor as bad as you feared’.

Perhaps 'barring' ?

Just off to sleep with the alarm set so I can watch it.

Perhaps just once on this forum some [censored] won't get the giggles over a typo. Perhaps.

Trac BOG.

Mathew Nicholls to remain as popular as ever with the Melbourne faithful.

Just win Dees!

First game of the season for me after being away for the first round.  So excited and really hope we smash this mob.

Slightly conflicted.

Daughter has a 'rock climbing' party to attend at 3:30. Right next to the rock climbing centre is a brewery with a great tap room and also a great outdoor area for kids. Wife suggests she takes daughter to party and I can spend some 'quality' time with the boy at the brewery. I'd need to record the game and enforce a complete media blackout until home...and that would also mean talking to the boy, who I love dearly, but conversations at the moment are solely about cars (Mustangs and Bugattis) and beyblades (whatever the [censored] those are).

Or, stay at home and swear at the TV in real time.

Yeah, nah. Under Neeld they were worse than I feared so that [censored] that saying up big time ?

We won’t win if any of the following occur:

1) Brown kicks at least 4

2) We concede a 3 + goal start at qtr time

3) Jacobs holds Oliver to under 20 touches

4) If both Cunnington and Higgins are in the best 5 on the ground.

I’m tipping us to win though. Not many sides win when their $3 or over to win.

Just get the wife to take your daughter to her party, and you can spend "quality time" with your son watching the game live on TV together.

You know it makes sense.

Im spending time with my daughter at the MCG (quality of said time TBA, will let you know at 5pm.)

They put beer on tap because of what Dees supporters have had to endure.  Where I sit I cannot ‘creatively vent’ my thoughts (perhaps it is regarded as antisocial behaviour, but Ben brown really is a [censored]).  So I will either be up cheering spilling my beer over the old [censored] in the flat hat, or murmuring dark curses into my beer as I sulk.

please, Dees.  That poor bastard in the flat cap needs a beer shower.

Which Demonland regular will be the first one to melt down and make a fool of themselves if North kick a couple of goals early in the game, or hang around for a half?

Regulation win required.... 36 points

Interesting to see how Goodwin coaches....... all the other teams can beat North so no excuse for a loss

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
