Have you confused Josh Gibson and Sam Gibson?

We don't need either.

Have you confused Oscar McDonald with the Sultanate of Oman?

24yo who's done nothing, zilch with his career to date.

Why???

Keep the lid on tight boys...

...and why would we want Darling? a perennial under achiever.

He's kicked 40-50 goals 5 out of the last 6 years (We'll count a 39g season as 40) what is he meant to be achieving? A coleman medal every year? Not saying he's who we should be targetting, but give the guy some credit.

I don't see it happening, BUT, WHAT IF, the Dockers offered pick 5 this year, their first pick next year, a player and Balic thrown in and we knew that with pick 5 we could get a particular big Victorian forward in the draft who could replace Jesse.

What would we do then, if that was the offer ?

Youd take it.

I heard a Geelong player supposedly was at our facilities prior to their b&f. No idea who and no idea how true this could be. But they have connections via the women's team to the cats. Watts to Geelong could be why...

This is doing the rounds now and expect it to blow up into a full blown steam train story tomorrow. Lansburger said he’s heard 5 and Balic but that’s unders. Unders? It’s daylight robbery. 2 first rounders isn’t enough for the dees to think about it let alone do it.

Yep. I think it’s BS but I’d want their 2017 first rounder, 2018 first rounder and balic. Hogan unlike lever is contracted and qualitykey forwards have a lot more trade value

perhaps the two picks, balic and Tabenar for hogan and pick 27

Just saw his tweet. Claims that hogan unhappy with Watts trade. This is a circus now. Goodwin may end up losing the playing group.

Anyone but Jay Clarke (who seems to be in the  know at Melbourne) and I'd dismiss this as stuff & nonsense.

Unfortunately he's been right fairly often on the D's

If Hogan walks because of Watts being told he would be better served elsewhere, then he is a fool and a sook.  His job is not list management.  He can be unhappy for his friend, but still be a professional.

maybe we are landing Fyfe?

agree with this. hogan is a sook on field. & if true.. a bigger sook off the field

So Hogan is upset Watts is traded one hour down the highway to Geelong, so intends to ask for a trade to the other side of the county.

They are just reporting a story that people will want to know about. It was written in the Perth Now, simply to get clicks and sell papers.

No, he said he's "not happy".

Of course he's "not happy" but that doesn't mean he's "unhappy".

Hogan might be ambivalent to the whole thing.

If Hogan goes it should start with 2017 1st round and Neale. Balic and Tavener are steak knives in this deal.

The problem with the Hogan rumours are he is contracted. So if he requests a move it's going to cost Freo a lot.

I thought this news would excite some ppl here as well. Didn't we play better without Hogan last year?

i wouldnt mind if hogan goes.  we'd get some compo and our best wins were without him this year because he sooks instead of applying defensive pressure

Doing it on the big stage, helping his team win when it counts.

He's one of their biggest downhill skiers...

He stood up in a final against Port this year but his record is not good.

Seriously mate, show some respect, Jesse didn't miss games this year through sooking.

I believe it was Darcy Lang who toured Dees.  Cats allowing him to look elsewhere as they will not be offering him a new contract.  We could effectively get him for next to nothing but will he add anything to Dees?

Hogan meeting with Lyon this week -  spoken with a Board member that said we’ve no intention to trade.

My mates from Perth had word last year that Fyfe wanted to come to the Dees, I was on here every 5 minutes last trade season hoping it would happen. Perhaps this year?

Why can't someone huge want to come instead of leave?

For every rumour that could break our hearts there has to be an opposite rumour that could give us hope

Jess will be playing for Melbourne, every one can just p*#$ off. He has had a rough year and every one is saying lets trade him come on.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
