  • Bit hard on Pedersen- against AA Ruckman
  • Tyson : Better today
  • Hannan : Best game/ Competitive
  • OMac/Frosty: Learning . Some great efforts by both.
  • TMac : Has enormous responsibilities
  • Watts : Needs to impose more but efficient when ball in hand
  • Jetta : Just as well we have got him
  • Midfield : Forwards need better delivery
  • Forwards:Somtimes you make your own luck
  • Defenders: "Lace outs" are hard to stop
  • Onballers: Hard day at office
  • "Ruckmen": He is BIG!!!/and can play/Max is better

We stuffed around with the ball in the first quarter, then went more direct in the second, only to revert back to the same bull[censored] in the third.

Dumb football and dumb coaching all round. Starting McDonald forward was a big mistake, just because it worked last week doesn't mean it always will.

Pedo i thought did a fantastic job, so a bit harsh on him Joeboy. A pity he only had a couple more that gave their all for the entire match.

Kent was pathetic, he doesn't get enough of it to be a mid, yet cannot apply defensive pressure in the forward half. He is a man of no position. Bring in Harmes for him next week.

Weideman is nowhere near the quality of an AFL player yet (still needs to develop a tonne, and find a spine), stick him at Casey for the rest of the year, as he lacks both the required skill and appetite AFL requires.

OMAC has no good games, he either has bad one's or ok one's. He gave away 4 free kicks today (all of which were there) and 6 clangers, so he is either clueless or just a stupid footballer. You don't build backlines around these types of player's. With the likes of TMAC, OMAC and Frost as our KPD's, we probably have one of the worst defences in the league. Lever can't get here quick enough.

Jeffy through in one of his classic 'bad' performances today. He has more better days than bad days, but his bad days really are bad.

Watts, Salem, Petracca, Wagner (he's never going to be an AFL quality player - so why bother), Vince and Hunt were all below par.

Hard to win when more than half your team put in less than average performances. Dees caught drinking their own bathwater again.

Bugg/Frost/OMac/Weed/Wagner/File/Kent = not premiership players

Frost could get a gig in a premiership side. Have a look at all of the premiership players running around in Hawthorn jumpers right now.

He also needs to work on motivating the team. If they continue not to listen, make changes.

Motivation needs to come from within.  A team that needs motivation week in week out; has a huge problem.

Tyson - most overrated footballer

You must have a handful of negatives about Tyson that you just slot in every week, regardless of his performance.

What does Tyson have to do for you to give him some credit? granted struggled early on but in recent weeks has started to find his legs again and getting into some space. if the chief concern is still disposal efficiency then you need to have a closer look - 4th in total disposals, 5th in average disposals and while his efficiency is down, Hunt has 40 less touches at 2% better efficiency. he's doing the job Goody and the coaches are asking of him, yes we'd all like a bit more out of him, but he's a massive reason we bat so deep in the midfield.

agree with your notations:

Frankly it is laughable that a  Team can come out and thrash Adelaide yet play so poorly again against Nth Melbourne.

At the start of the year I held out for more hope than this at week 9
