If you are that paranoid, why use a smart phone?

And cover your face so CCTV can't see you.  And don't use an etag.  Getting money out of an ATM is fraught with dangers, they will know where you were!

Don't use a credit card either.  Privacy was lost a long time ago, some just don't realize it.

On that note here is a fun one: https://myactivity.google.com/myactivity?product=29
If you are an android user just log into your google account and that will take you to every single time google has ever recorded your voice. (You may actually need your aluminium foil hat for this)

You can also remove the filter and it will tell you everything you have done with that account. It knows what I watch on youtube and the songs i have listened to on spotify. And that on the 13th of November I said "Ok Google find me the nearest KFC".

Oh yes we do realise it.  We just fear any future totalitarian state will be so easy to run that it will make Nazi Germany look like amateur hour.  Better to resist as much as possible, however ineffective it may seem.

Life's too short Sue, just try and enjoy it rather than look behind stones for every evil.

It's easier to be relaxed about this trend if 80% of your family wasn't wiped out by a totalitarian regime.  It will be much easier to do the full 100% these days.  It is a good idea to keep a watch on those stones while enjoying life.

Technically the club doesnt, Telstra does. Highly likely the club wont ever see any of that information. Hopefully they have the connections to pass on your consern but other than that there isnt much they can do.

Yes it works the same way a router looks at an address when logging on to the net.

Two points

I think the new App is horrible

Used to work on mobile networks, if you have the correct frequency scanner, you can listen in to any transmission from a mobile phone, data or voice

I'm guessing that was back when phones and networks were analogue. You can't do the same thing these days with digital mobile phones, they're encrypted.

Encryption, yeah right, if you think so, tell me what type of decryption tool you would like, will tell you where to find it on the Dark Web

Your post was about using a frequency scanner to listen into calls. I was simply stating that with the digital network, that technology is outdated. I'll leave it at that.

They are still transmitted, and the towers still use point to point microwave to move the data around, so you can scan, pick up the 1010 etc and decrypt, they still haven't found a better way of moving it around as yet, so it is still vulnerable

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Demonland's own Whispering Jack was not in attendance but he kicked off proceedings with the following summary of all the Preseason Training action to date. We’re already a month into the MFC preseason (if you started counting when the younger players in the group began the campaign along with some of the more keen older heads)

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
