Didn't know they had one at Xmas time dc, there is a family day at Luna Park which is normally early Feb.

so i have got it mixed up it seems. my gs asked me when the luna park day was (don't know where he heard about it) and i (mis)assumed it was an end of year xmas thingy.

thks, wyl. just realised why i was confused. my previous employee used to have a kids xmas party at luna park

There is a Xmas party at the Mildura RSL, if you are interested.

thanks red, but think i'll stick to the glen iris ladies tennis club. the mince pies are to die for

Can't wait for this day.

I'm going to camp out so no kids get in before me.

it's important for me to physically touch each player before the kids do.

Then I am going to spend the rest of the time pushing them out of the way to get closer with "the guys".

Family day is great for me but of late too many children have been attending, wrecking it for those of us trying to develop true and intimate friendships with the blokes.

Are there some good sorts down at Glen Iris dc ?? I might have to take up tennis.

    UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

    Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024.     Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock for the final week of training for the 1st to 4th Years until they are joined by the rest of the senior squad for Preseason Training Camp in Mansfield next week. WAYNE RUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS No Ollie, Chin, Riv today, but Rick & Spargs turned up and McDonald was there in casual attire.     A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers braved the rain and headed down to Gosch's paddock to bring you their observations from the second day of Preseason training for the 1st to 4th Year players.
