It's a nice looking run home, but nothing is a certainty. I'm just enjoying the feeling of being confident we can win any of those matches.

Dare to dream. The Geelong win would instil a lot of belief.

It's about time we took another scalp - other than the standard Tigers, Bombers or Bulldogs. They've done that now, having addressed a number of issues on and off. Geelong at Geelong - who would have thought!

I'm not saying we'll make finals, because it's not realistic given our form of recent times. But if there were ever a game or result to shake up and correct a number of issues, the Geelong game was it IMO.

It's quite feasible if more consistency happens, and key performances witnessed on the weekend, continue. We could win as many as 8 of the last 10. And that's ludicrous given where we are coming from, I know. So I'll say 6 or 7 of the last 10. Which would give us 10-11 wins and finish just outside.

I really believe we have played the top 8 sides. and performed really well.

based on our efforts in the past few weeks, our side is growing in confidence.

It almost has that same feeling I had in 1987 when we rattled home with a wet sail to grab a spot in the finals.

Then only to be beaten by a team mistake that probably cost us a flag.

We should win 6 games conservatively Giants. Saints. Doggies. Bummers.. Blues.. Lions.

This gives us 10 wins.; 2 wins more than I anticipated.

Throw in a couple of shock wins and shock losses, and 10 wins sounds gettable.

We definitely are on the up. PJ may be on the money when he sprouted we are finals contenders next year.

Agree Adam, as a developing team we are going to continue the swings and roundabouts. Look at other teams and we can see that with a few exceptions it is very difficult to maintain consistency in regard to effort and intensity from week to week. Hopefully we can manage more wins this season but we should expect losses and in some cases bad loses. We should enjoy the wins when they come and appreciate our improved competitiveness. We all have more hope this season than we have had for many, with good reason when you look at our list and emerging young guns. We should not treat losses as disasters and evidence that we are going nowhere. In fact as the media comments have suggested Paul Roos and others (including supporters) should stop referring to the past. I am concerned only with the current and future. My judgement on our progress will made at season end.

For me, is top 8 or very close to barring injuries. Lets face it, it is the second year with Roosy nailing down on the game plan. We have some young guys and guys that are in their prime. We have added speed in the back and forward line now so it has upped the team by a fair bit. If we don't get close I would be disappointed. Again.

And people thought I was crazy at the start of the year.

The Revelation: Jeffery, has kicked 25 goals already. On track to better his past season high.

I think we would all agree with those selections.

It looks like they have left out the 'obvious' wins and losses and these look like the 50/50 games.

To me all games (except maybe Eagles and Freo) are there for the taking.

I look at each season not so much in how many games we win but who we beat and how be beat them.

A real sign of improvement is beating the 'better' clubs and not just 'fluking' a win here and there.

Add a few more 'scalps' to GCS, Rich, WB and Geelong and 2015 will be a very good year!
