My son just sent me a text saying that Patrick Dangerfield is in hot water re: payments outside the salary cap?

I don't have any links.....anyone?

Don't have any links but my uncle heard it on the radio yesterday.

They should also be investigated for paying Richard Tambling, anything...

If the crows are doing it, just about everyone is.

It's just a matter of if you get caught. I would put my house on the bigger clubs, and most out of Victoria having dodgy payments to players.

Do you think the Storm were the only team in the NRL to have 2 sets of books?

I can't believe the pies didn't lose a top player to GWS or GCSuns... How is it so? And then we wonder how they kept Travis Cloke?

there is 78 players on third party deals , most are only 20 or 30 k but there seems to be a few Like Judd's but from what was said his is the most

Except us that is. We've not had the dough to pay the full amount of the cap, let alone exceed it.

We have been paying the full cap by front loading. And its not because we don't have the money - we have a young list.

Maybe, but the AFL had also decided we weren't tanking in the past... it has now been proven that trial by media can force their hand.
