FAREWELL STEFAN MARTIN - SEPTEMBER 2012

I don't rate Bennell. Never did. But I can't say I've watched any WCE games this year (I was working during both out encounters) so take that for what it's worth.

But, yeah, Petterd. I think I repressed the memory of him going. That was another WTF moment. He should never have been delisted.

remind me....was Petterd delisted or traded (and if so for whom)?

Delisted iirc and picked up by Richmond as a freebie. But I could be wrong as those years scarred me and make me rock back and forth, but I think I have it right here.

Your comment might have some merit if you knew anything about football, but......you don't.

So, keep your inane opinion to yourself.

Coming from the guy who thought Mark Neeld deserved longer at the MFC?

Spare me.

Every player underperformed under Neeld worst coach I've seen. We were on an up with Bailey and should of kept him. I believe we would be in a better place now if we did.

Agree with the first statement.

I don't think so, FD. Poor recruiting marred the Bailey years and the style of footy was torn apart by opposition teams.

I'm still here, DD36.....not prepared to concede just yet.

Let's see past six games....

Martin averaged 112 SuperCoach points per game this season in 12 games. Nathan Jones averaged 101, Tyson 94 and Jamar 70.

You are wrong. Again.

And maybe Bailey would of been too! RIP

12 games? You're hand wringing about why Martin was traded based on 12 games?

Ffs.

Why don't you join your mate out of the wilderness and learn about the game?

Posted

You have no idea.

I find his posts offer nothing and don't even warrant a response these days.

I wonder what Martin's trade value would be like after this season?

Posted

You have no idea.

This my last reply to you, FT, or is that FW?

You are getting all excited over 12 games???

Once he gets tagged, he'll revert back to his sulkiness, break team rules and get dropped again.

Think.

Sorry, beyond you.

I don't get my call on every player right but I'm gonna dine out on Stef's success this year.....exactly as I called it. Brisbane gave him the responsibility of the No. 1 ruck roll (even if forced) and he did the job, as he did at Melbourne.

Pretty funny how good this guy turned out with some actual decent coaching and responsibility placed on him.

I know stats aren't everything, but he averaged 114 DT points per game for the bottom side this year.

Yikes jumbo having a mare..

Marting absolutely dominated today. A side like the doggies could use him in their team.

You mean the sort of Coaching where multiple players have left or want to leave.

It's been more Martin having the number one ruck role than anything else.

Let's get excited over one good game.....every 3 years.

Awesome.

Mate your out of your depth on this one..

Time to admit you have flopped on this one.

Awesome.

Look at his average stats this year.

He's hardly had what you'd call a bad or even average game.

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

    TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
