No winners here, the loser selling the grog should be on trial.

Seems poor old Basil gives it a nudge.

Once the court packs up nothing will be resolved.

Nice to see you've had a change of heart Bluey, after all you had him

guilty on all counts months ago a labelled a drunk.

I am more concerned about the peoples, and what will happen after the case, couldn't care one way or the other about Jurrah, can make his own decisions.

Collingwood knew this, and decided it was all too hard, I know that for a fact.

Not sure how someone is 'repeatedly hit in the head with an axe' and barely has a scar on his head??

It was likely a little dull.

I must confess, whatever is the curse/malaise/situation that is Yuendumu and any of another dozen locales it will continue long after the Jurrah hearing. Im only really interested in the outcome of it regarding Jurrah.

I would simply like to see him pick up his career and be the footballer he showed promise of being. If hes been a very naughty boy beyond the leniency or clearing by a court then the lad does his pennance and we all move on.

I really couldn't give a sh!t about Basil and his predicaments or even how he got them, thats Basils problem or probably his Worst Flaw Yet

Perhaps Basil's head injury actually resulted from a falling moose head?

Ahh I'm not aware of that particular episode.

But alas, you get the choccies for first call!

Take your mind back to the episode about the Germans and the infamous line "Whatever you do, don't mention the war!" You can imagine what would come out of the mouth of a severely concussed (as a result of a mishap with said moose head) Basil Fawlty.

Speak for yourself RF... I found it quite informative and I'm sure others might as well.

I did you were, after all, responding to my post.

will stand trial according to twitter

Leave it up to a jury then! It's hard to believe he could be found guilty though based on the contradictory evidence in this hearing and circumstances of the incident? In any case as I understand it the outcome of this commital hearing and a trial later will be irrelevant because of 'payback'. It's a shitful situation and there's is no likely resolution.

talk of a trial before xmas or early 2013

i'd prefer the former but back the latter

I know the wrath will fall upon me

I am getting very tired of the whole LJ thing.

Seems to spend months getting over injuries.

Court appearances etc.

2012 has been a wipe off and 2013 is not shaping to be much better.

If you are not on the park it does not matter how good you might be.

Am I the only one

Bugger, hopefully the trail can begin prior to Xmas. The sooner it's sorted out in the courts the better. As demoniac said, innocent until proven guilty so no one condemn. Whatever the result, it's just a really sad situation.
