If he puts it down Clokes throat, he might choke infront of goal. These gags are getting old.

Dick will swell up if slammed by Dawes.

That one too.

i dont like him either but whats the bet he gets 35 touches 10 inside fifties and 4 goals this week?

pies will smash us

I don't get it...

Highly regarded ball carrier but wastes too much time looking for the easy path to goal around the flanks

That sounds like a lot. I think we might tag him.

I reckon he'd be lucky to get 23 touches. 8 inside 50! In & under, 9 hard ball gets. 5 receives, & 11 rebounds from the back half.

Imagine what a reciever like N Buckley would get if he were being delivered to the game by Ed.

Brad Dick is the only player in the AFL that has a cigarette in the change rooms after each game.

Make no mistake, Dicks sixth sense with partner Ball will see the explosive Gys contained.

Thankfully, Dick wont Tap-scott - he'll be busy coaching.

Will he play or is Malthouse just dick teasing?

Malthouse loves Dick so I think it's a straight in for mine.

Whilst Dick is good, even at his hardest I feel about 3/4 of the CollingWood team could eat Dick for breakfast.

The prospect of a fully fit Dick on Queen's Birthday gets me excited.

The question does remain though. In all seriousness, which "lucky" Melbourne defender takes Dick? Do we stick Batram on Dick and hope he can absorb Dick's explosiveness, or do we make someone else take Dick or perhaps just leave it up to the lose man in defense?

FWIW I rate Dick and if we're not careful he could [censored] us. We must stay tight in the back half.

Lets hope he's not up & about early

In fact lets hope he doesn't get a touch all day

Cos we know if he gets a touch he's going to really respond and come into the game...

Collingwood fans will deny they love Dick all season long, but all Collingwood fans seem to crave a bit of Dick for the Queens Birthday Clash.

Seriously, how does this below average player find a way to carve us up every time he plays us????

tends not to be the best decision maker tho

Underrated post. :)

The last thing any of us want to see is Dick in the hands of the trainers.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

    TRAINING: Wednesday 11th December 2024

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov

Some veteran Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock to bring you the following observations from another Preseason Training Session. WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

Demonland's own Whispering Jack was not in attendance but he kicked off proceedings with the following summary of all the Preseason Training action to date. We’re already a month into the MFC preseason (if you started counting when the younger players in the group began the campaign along with some of the more keen older heads)

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
