i dont understand the system at all, but surely the impact is taken into account, if his is a 3 week/4 week suspension, what will hockings be?

also, dunn is not that bad, he does his part adds a bigger body, i much prefer him to bate playing, and really this week is rough to be judging him so harshly seeing as he played about a half in the backline

No injury and looks worse from the front than it does when you see it side on. The side on view shows him going over the top of Pratt and missing his head. Not a great look but not as bad as it seemed. Oh that's right it's the MRP, gone for the rest of the season.

PS. What will Pratt get for the strike to Newton's jaw and neck after he had taken the mark. Answer; A gift voucher for the AFL shop.

IMO it looked much worse because the aggressor was wearing red and blue. If he was wearing a Collingwood jumper it would have been "play on".

It's probably a lesser penalty than Jack's given there was a chance Dunny was going to be dropped to Casey which has a bye this week. Effectively, his penalty is one week.

Mind you there seemed to be no injury from the incident so you might wonder how it got to a medium impact classification but I suppose that if there was no confusion it wouldn't be an MRP ruling.

Irrespective, it makes a mockery of the system when an accident arising from a tackle is treated equally to this - especially so if the victim of the tackle mysteriously recovers in six days to not only play but star and put in a six goal performance.

Well at the end of the season you would have said Bailey has had a positive impact in his development. This year, Dunn has gone backwards, how much can we attribute this to the coach or the player is the big question. The coach can control playing the players in positions which aid their development and teaching them bout the nuances of the game. on the flip side it is up to the players themselves to have the motivation and discipline to want to get better, e.g. fitness, diet, forgoing night on the pizz etc
