Let's inflict some misery on these darstards.

Let's launch into 2026 on the back of burying this club and sending them into complete and utter turmoil.

Itโ€™s gameday baby. Pumped!

I hate the Blues with a passion. Letโ€™s farken smash em.

Go Dees!

It would seem from the small sample above that I am not alone in my dislike of Carlton.

Lunchtime game for me. Starts around 11.30am. So, a half time aperitif watch the second half with lunch in the oven and then crack a good red to celebrate a 3 goal win. I really hope for a 10 goal thrashing and as a result Voss gets the chop.

Go Dees!

Marchbanks ghost touch

Viney's hack kick in the FY23 semi

tracs heroics in a one-point loss in vain after we gifted them a 6-goal lead

not happy recent memories

l don't have quite the same level hatred for Carlton as i do for the pies, cats or hawthorn

but i do hate them and like seeing them miserable

Last week was a good confidence booster with some of our senior players finding some form

I'm confident the boys will put on a show for Clarry

Dees by 25 points.

wonder where my little sheet rack is this morning may be having a lay in or got lucky at the pub last night

Two things Iโ€™m really looking forward to seeing today:

  1. the beaming smile on Clazโ€™s face, as heโ€™s shouldered off the ground by Max and Tracc, after an outstanding Dees win.

  2. the concerned look on Vossโ€™s face, as Carlton sinks even deeper into the mire.

I have largely tuned out of footy for 2025 and am on holidays abroad. Against my better judgement think I will update my Watch AFL account and try to catch this with patchy wi-fi (I'm a sucker for punishment ๐Ÿ˜).

Both clubs have badly botched their seasons. The Dees are trying to reinvent themselves on the run, the Blues are in freefall and probably haven't bottomed out yet.

Dees by 3 goals.

Interesting to see what the crowd turnout will be. How many Melbourne supporters are at the snow and how many Carlton fans sre sunning on the Mediterranean? ๐Ÿ˜

Cannot stand Carlton Iโ€™ve had more problems with their supporters than even Pies filthโ€ฆ.lets heap more agony on them today with a resounding W

we're further ahead in our re-tool than the baggers, and are coming off a more successful past 25 years, which says something about how abject the baggers have been for a long, long time

whoever uses the ball better wins

Well, I don't know how many Dees are up the snow but I'm at Pesaro on the east coast of Italy (temp about 35 today) and there's not a Carlton jumper to be seen anywhere. I'm off to Venice today. May see one there. I doubt it

Late game in regional WA today so will miss it unfortunately, hope to be watching the replay with a smile. My wife is a blue bagger, so the win will be good on many fronts

Go Deeโ€™s

As I mentioned in another post, I'm at Pesaro on the Adriatic coast of Italy, and I'll be tuned into the game whilst on my way to Venice.

I've got nothing to contribute to this thread .

I just wanted to brag ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช

How good would it be to give them a 100+ point thumping like we did in 2018.

If only

Carlton are decent enough starters. We are not. If they get an early jump on us, and they get their hopes up, Iโ€™ll be a bit concerned. Would love to see us start well.

Love the banter on this thread, want to see the boys play hard, kick straight and win for Clarryโ€™s 200th game.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmyโ€™s inclusive bannerโ€”"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwoodโ€™s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.ย

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecastโ€”20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze โ€” expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kateโ€™s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwoodโ€™s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
