I'm an Ed fan but it's going to be interesting watching him get off this one.

King was blaming LDU for going low in the tackle.

I thought you were supposed to go low & tackle around the waste.

The fend off came as he was already going low & Ed saw it, just banged the elbow into his head.

For mine that's a minimum 3 weeks.

It's the whole "Petty had poor technique" BS.

and the commentary wags the MRO dog again.

What was interesting was the commentators tried to avoid discussing the incident. No “he could be in trouble” or “the hit will be looked at” comments as we usually hear. They were trying to paint the hit as nothing to worry about. Will be interesting to see if this becomes another Cripps or Maynard ending.

25k there last night; north wanted 35k

still, 5k more than attended aints vs footscray a few rounds back

the first half and a bit was very, very watchable

North pioneered Friday night footy. They should have had the game on a Friday night to celebrate 100 years. Thursday is a TV show event and not for the stadium crowds!!( Unless it’s a Crows or Pies home game of course).

Whitfield as well.

They have traveled well this year with wins against Geelong and Brisbane.

Hunt dropped by one of the worst teams ever

Pies with some real ordinary disposal so far, but we’ve been told they’re all elite.

Yep, but they will win even when not on top of their game.

Yes they do, they’re well drilled and have good systems and a level of understanding amongst the players.

Why the hell are the cameras focusing so much on the father of one (two) players for their reaction, constantly?

WHO CARES???? Most people watching don’t give a toss - time our broadcasters grow up and move on.

Until tonight I thought we had some overvalued players

Cripps Curnow heaven help Carlton

Carlton going nowhere at the moment

They always play to advantage. If it be taps to players when they can’t win the ball, kicks in front of a player to run onto the ball.

They have a symmetry all other teams do not have. Their vision and understanding of the game and their system is incredibly impressive

Just saw Nev Jetta on the Pies coaching bench

Yeah, I noticed it again. Kills me each time I see him with the Pies. Come home, Nev!
