Need to get as many games into kids as possible.

Need to look for a coach with an attacking mindset.

Need to make some hard decisions. Kozzie, Clary and Petracca need to be turned into multiple first round picks, shame the bombers will get Pick 1 this year

Langford should be permanently in the middle for the rest of the year hes got something about him

Remember guys, the fitness department primed us for this week...

You had Djokovic just break his own record by reaching the most Masters 1000 finals in Miami (60), so we can legitimately shake our own 186 record next week considering how insipid and spineless this team is.

This isnโ€™t even anywhere near rock bottom.

Lindsay (a rare shining light) injured, and humiliated by a mid-tier team on our home deck in our โ€˜responseโ€™ game.

Weโ€™re an unskilled, uninspired rabble playing boring, lifeless footy.

Anyone have any positives to share ??

Please?๐Ÿ™

This was evident from last week. You can play and lose by trying then there is last week and this weeks performance.

Long season ahead. Worst part is Dons hold our first pick. They are truly laughing at us right now.

We are the whipping club of the AFL once again.

Just a filthy display by a rudderless team with zero confidence.

Why would Trac even want to stay?

Majority of the team phoning in a performance in front of a ~20k crowd when he could be on the big stage.

Who could blame him.

Essendon will get a good pick out of us come the end of the year.

We need answers by the coach and president. This is substandard.

Total dumpster fire. No composure, no chemistry, no system, no connection. It's been a long time since I've seen us look this flat and miserable on the field.

What worries me is that multiple players are going backwards really quickly. Fritsch looks lost, Rivers is totally devoid of confidence, and JVR has completely forgotten how to lead.

I didn't think things could get much worse than last week but here we are.

Weโ€™re cooked. Well and truly.

Expected a response. That was not acceptable

Itโ€™s going to be a long season

The only positive that can come from this game is hoping that Lindsay hasn't done his ACL.

Truly dire performance that rivals anything from the Neeld era.

He doesn't mind taking a million from the club though. What a spineless way to give up on the club that made you the star you are.

Forget the haunting of Round 11 โ€” weโ€™ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10โ€“2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbaneโ€™s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.ย

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
