Give them a big enough thumping and we could be back in the top 4. ❤️💙

Sitting in LAX waiting for my connecting flight, just want to get to my hotel and rest before I have to wake up for this game.

C'mon Dees! 🔴🔵🔥🔥

Never write off the Pies and hopefully the same can be said about us.

Demon Spirit…let’s see it today.

Last week was a shock. it's been a long time since the team capitulated like that.

So it's back to basics. show some heart and pride in the guernsey.

I've no idea how the result will go. Pies undermanned but they have the wood over us in this fixture.

Would love to see Clarry get back to his normal self today.

Go dees

Game day baby. Pumped!

We are going to smoke them!

Go Dees

All i want from this game is to see WCW jump the fence and put the slipper into you know who as he lays on the ground

Hardly slept a wink. Feels like a grand final. Gotta be at Fed Square at 8am to fire up the barbie then it’s nonstop bedlam. There’ll be unbridled emotion… happiness, anger, elation, lots of deep soul-searching, tears- lots of tears. Too much coffee and Red Bull. And that’s before the first bounce. 😂

PLEASE COME TO THE DEMON ARMY TENT AT FED SQUARE! Every cent we make today goes to FightMND. Win, lose or draw… Neale and Bec need us… let’s make this a memorable Big Freeze!

Oh yeah… there’s a match on today 😛 We’ve got this guys!

Dees by Knuckles (4pts)

CARNA DEES!

Slipper? SLIPPER!!!! How about hobnailed boot, whatever that is, sounds painful though. 😛

Maybe I’ve been sucked in by the Jake Lever interview and all the other media interviews this week, but I can’t see how we lose today to a undermanned Collingwood. With the talent that we have, and an expected 100% application of effort, we get the job done.

Dees to win the inside 50 count by 15+
Dees to win contested possession by 10+
Dees to play a strong forward half game.

Dees by 26pts

Still looking for 3 x tickets if anybody can’t go at the last minute!

No jail time, its a football act of love

A 5 point win today guys after a great contested pack mark by Petty (over the top of Maynard) and a 45m goal kicked after the siren. Happy days!

Think we win but the ladder has opened up from weekend results and HQ would prefer the Pies benefit.

Do ... just DO

Just let them know you’re interested in getting tix. We might have had people pull out so it’s worth a try. Good luck 🤞🏽

I have it on good authority that she has a baseball bat in the shape of a rude finger that someone stitched into a hidden section of her duffle coat...

Massive game. A loss for either side makes top 4 extremely difficult. We'll know our chances after the first quarter.

Get out on that ground, get your head over the ball and win that ball. Go out there and make it our day, and raise money for the freeze.

Dees by 12.

The immensity of their filthy club and still they don’t look after their cheer squad…

It’s their home game yet they don’t have all of M33. They gave us an allocation for M3 and the MFC bought out the rest of the bay. We get an entire bay, they don’t. First win for the day 😂

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

I suppose that I should apologise for the title of this piece, but the temptation to go with it was far too great. The memory of how North Melbourne tore Melbourne apart at the seams earlier in the season and the way in which it set the scene for the club’s demise so early in the piece has been weighing heavily upon all of us. This game was a must-win from the club’s perspective, and the team’s response was overwhelming. The 36 point win over Alastair Clarkson’s Kangaroos at the MCG on Sunday was indeed — roovenge of the highest order!

  • CASEY: Werribee

The Casey Demons remain in contention for a VFL finals berth following a comprehensive 76-point victory over the Werribee Tigers at Whitten Oval last night. The caveat to the performance is that the once mighty Tigers have been raided of many key players and are now a shadow of the premiership-winning team from last season. The team suffered a blow before the game when veteran Tom McDonald was withdrawn for senior duty to cover for Steven May who is ill.  However, after conceding the first goal of the game, Casey was dominant from ten minutes in until the very end and despite some early errors and inaccuracy, they managed to warm to the task of dismantling the Tigers with precision, particularly after half time when the nominally home side provided them with minimal resistance.
