Gutted. Had the chances to win it but fluffed our lines. Sick to the pit of my stomach.

Choked in front of goal

Choked when the heat was on

I wish Cox and Maynard both do their ACL next week. Trash thug hack footballers.

Grubs. Add diver Ginnivan as well.

If we simply forced a point for every bomb I50 we would have won by 9 points.

This is what I feared. The better team undone by it own lack of connection, forward movement, and inspiration.

[censored] I hate football.

Watch that inbred hack Maynard get off

Trac was great in the second half  but also part of tge reason we lost the first with 7 touches. Is a perennial  slow starter this year.

Sparrow not sighted in the first hour finished we'll.

Viney strangely quiet.

Could have won but horrible kicking.

Tmac thanks for tge memories.

You too Salo.

Jvr not quite there yet.

Chandler Laurie ditto.

Hunter and Langdon just games.

We still suck in the wet. At least we lost it rather than Collingwood winning it.

Guess the Grand Final win will taste even sweeter now.

Haha optimistic I like it.

We're not good enough it's that simple

Another game lost through terrible forward craft and goal kicking. It was just like watching the GWS game all over again.

Lost in the first quarter. For a team coming off 2 insipid finals performances last year to get smashed at the contest like we did in Q1 is just hard to fathom.

How many teams have done two consecutive straight sets exits? Are we going to add another 'embarrassing record' to our list?

I’m gutted!  We had our chances and blew them, but gee we showed some ‘ticker’ in the last.  We live to fight another day, and so does the dream!

Two things:

- We went with the 2 tall backline which hasn't worked this year.

- We went with the stagnant, crowded forward line with long balls which hasn't worked this year.

We reverted to these two things at the worst possible time.

Lost at selection, lost in game, lost when it mattered.

Lost brought to you by Goodwin, unfortunately.

This hurts and it should hurt, Filth just stopped in the headlights.

[censored] miserable in front of goal fugg me drunk absolutely dropped a game that was in our control.

Defending Maynard still.

Get real. He ko ed poor Gus.

If he gets off anyone can go the smother and do the same.

Fritta and TMac looked like 2 guys who haven't played for months. And now we have to go the long way, without Gus or JVR.

So my big fear came to fruition. We kicked ourselves out of it.

TMac and Fritta miss montys they'd normally convert and that's the game.

'Win the big moments' and we didn't.

I think we've cost us ourselves a shot at the 14th flag.

Hunter played well I thought

3 shots on goal out on the full in the last.  We lost due to player stupidity.

Maynard trying to talk himself out of trouble.

Trying my best to hate him but there was nothing in it. He will be free to play.

If Blues beat Sydney we are odds on for a straight sets exit. I honestly cannot believe we couldn't score against them.

Straight sets to Pies and blues is utter nightmare fuel. Roo presumably will be rubbed out, so we'll be threadbare forward.

Damn I wish we showed better composure there with a bunch of our shots on goal.

I'm on board. At least play the bastard. He'd be no worse than Tmac.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
