We look slower than them and they are supposed to be slow. We don’t have much feel, flow, confidence craft etc at the moment. They tightened up and we started second guessing ourselves. Only one quarter. Much to play out.

Don't worry guys, our loading program will see us blow them out of the park in the second half. That will be the reason we win.

@binmanand @A F guarantee it.

But if it doesn't occur, you can't blame loading okay?

It'll be other reasons.

Spargo deserves an absolute roast!

Gave Brisbane all the momentum after that stupid turnover when he decided to kick across the field near CHF and caused the turnover.

I'd dead set Sub him out for that.

We stumbled pretty bad that qtr and to be fair the lions took their chances. We need to come out red hot and make sure we make the most of our opportunities because it’s looking like that kind of a night, where misses will cost the game.

Also what is up with our kicks to half forward? I’ve seen at least 5 where they have been ‘directed’, with time, to the chest of a lions player. Total waste.

Zorko starting a fight and walking away. Classic coward troll behavior. I would pay good money to see someone run through him.

I’d pay big bucks to watch someone cave his skull in. [censored] of a human.

Lever...one mark.

They're looking to go through Lever's man whenever they can.

The pressure has to come from up the field to curb them doing this to the favoured side of his opponent or so often

That ain't good. How many marks the lions have taken in or fwd line compared to us in theirs is poor footy.

And they’re taking really strong contested marks, too! In some cases probably no right to have held onto them, but they have!

Kozzy is playing like a lost boy out there. Terribly, terribly out of touch.

Yeah it was a beautiful set shot goal but besides that, In open play, he is totally lost!

fkning sad

Our good looks very good, our bad looks horrible. So many chances with ball in hand, only to kick it to a Lions defender. Great game of footy, but our mistakes could cost us... again. Our poor kicking into F50 has raised its head again

We need to cover Coleman more quickly.

Viney is a weapon

Outside the first 8-10 minute burst, Lions have dominated. Our small forwards have been seriously poor the past two months. Kozzie looks disinterested and not going at the ball. Spargo jogging round aimlessly. Neither crumbing. Neither defending. We’re getting nothing out of them at present and getting killed on rebound too.

    BLOODY BLUES by Meggs

The conclusion to Narrm’s home and away season was the inevitable let down by the bloody Blues  who meekly capitulated to the Bombers.   The 2024 season fixture handicapped the Demons chances from the get-go with Port Adelaide, Brisbane and Essendon advantaged with enough gimme games to ensure a tough road to the finals, especially after a slew of early season injuries to star players cost wins and percentage.     As we strode confidently through the gates of Prin

LIVE AND LET DIE by Meggs

The Demons’ impressive late season charge to finals will most likely come unstuck this Saturday evening when the Bombers blow up the also-ran Blues in the Ikon Park double-header.   To mangle McCartney, what does it matter to ya? To have any chance to play next week Narrm has got a job to do and needs to do it well.  We’ve got to give the Pie sheilas hell, say live and let die!
