And for any-one who doesn't know.
The girls are flying and playing some ripping footy.
The men should watch them.

Does anyone really think Neale had a Brownlow quality season?

To me he was mostly average in a great side.

Even Neale doesnโ€™t think Neale had a Brownlow quality season.ย

Yes agreed, Trac's vote-getting drop-off coincided with him spending more time forward with the petty and melky injuries. Pretty rough because he showed extraordinary power in several games to turn things our way.

Did Goody moving him cost him the Brownlow lol

Andrew Dillon and (hopefully) a new chairman, time to make your marks: Brownlow to be moved from umpires. To, say, the coaches' votes (with voting rules and eligibility to retain the 'Fairest' priority)

Seems Trac and Bont are destined to never win one despite being the best players every year and influencing games more than their peers. Both got robbed of clear votes tonight.ย

Trac getting no votes in the final game was stupid. Getting 1 vote for his game against the Saints was stupid.

The umpires are stupid. Iโ€™m [censored] sick of them. The umpires have determined the outcome of games this year and legitimately shaped the entire finals series. Itโ€™s beyond pathetic and as someone whoโ€™s attending 100s of live games since the 1980s, Iโ€™m thiiiiiiis close to giving up on the sport because of their [censored] incompetence and the rules being so vague etc. Stuff this

Bad luck Trac always the bridesmaid never the bride.

I'm starting to think that the brownlow is slowly losing credibility. Neale wasn't a top 5 mid this season, let alone the best.

Hasn't had credibility for a long time now. About 20 years

Especially when it comes to goal kicking and delivery into the forward line

He got 0 in the last 4 games go figureย

Which included:

29 and 1.1 and match winning perf

22 and 1.1 his worst of the 4

24 and 2.2

27 and 2.3

i guessed he would poll 6 votes. anything less than 4 is a [censored] joke and he got zero

Viney with 24 votes. Should have been AA.

Yeah didn't Merrett get AA? Clearly Viney had a better seasonย

2021 Norm Smith Medal would suggest otherwise.

Cripps got 22 votes, thatโ€™s a joke also

On appeal heโ€™ll get that up to 27.

For a side that finished 2nd, the umpires couldn't find another player to give votes to.ย  Apparently even Ashcroft who was gods gift to football in much the same way as Daicos couldn't even score a vote.

Similar story for Collingwood for that matter.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmyโ€™s inclusive bannerโ€”"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwoodโ€™s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.ย

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecastโ€”20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze โ€” expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kateโ€™s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwoodโ€™s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
