Sensational is the only word which describes the play, I have watch football since 1952 and this is truly magnificent.

The faces of the Bulldogs said it all, we are done!

Will never get old. Gotta love BBs run up. Does the job. Our shooting at goal has been pretty suspect all year but boy oh boy did we fix that in the third. So funny that Bt said ....gotta get the next one or two.....Still on the fence bw Tracs worm goal and Frittas fourth. Before it all arupted, I childishly removed myself from the family viewing and sulked into my bedrooom(after Bonts goal), licking my wounds and feeling a sense of doom. Didn't last long......I was dancing on the coffee table during the break.

As Anthony Hudson said in a PF, with the Swans and Cats I think it was, " I see it but I don't believe it".

It is some of the most powerful, perfect, team football I have ever seen and in a GF to boot.

It just brings tears to the eyes of the long suffering Dees fans, well mine at least.

Imagine Bill Lawry Commentary during the 3rd Quarter

Or Richie Benaud - there is a seagull standing in the goal square at the city road end.  Marvelous that.

You've got me thinking. Which commentator (of any sport) would I like to have heard commentating on the last half of Q3? Maybe Murray Walker from F1 for excitement? or Phil Ligget for precision?

Darrell Eastlake - à la his exuberant early 1990s commonwealth games weightlifting commentating. Pretty sure he led to noise complaints!

I love watching these goals over and over, but every time I see the bloke in the crowd tearing up, it gets me every time.

Magnificent

Spine chilling

Gets me pumped up every time

very emotional

when Clarry raises the arm and signals after the goal, that’s when I dared to dream that we’d win

and we did 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 🏆

ESPN's Mike Breen for the BANG! after every goal. Reminds me of Huddo.

On the topic of commentary, having Luke Hodge on special comments was fitting. Reminded me how far we've come from watching him dominate at the G in the GF. And how deflating it was knowing how far Hawthorn were not only ahead of us, but ahead of the nearest competitor.

Raw emotion that all of us could relate to. Hard not to tear up

Best footy Dees have played in the Granny ( and the Geelong last half and Qual and Prelim Finals really) in the 62 years I have been supporting them.   Was lucky enough to see live at Optus in surely a Once in a Lifetime experience!

Just have a funny feeling there are a few more top shelf performances like this from this group in the next 4-5 years.

The standard game highlights with commentary is nice, but a skillfully edited slow motion piece with more close up ground level footage mixed in, limited commentary and decent crowd noise is what I'm after

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session.
