Well this is two more wins we should be pencilling in. Good lord. Dreadful the pair of them.

Network Ten journalist Hugh Rimington: "The question to you is, if this is horseplay, are all premiership players within Richmond expected to tolerate (this) or is it just the black player is expected to tolerate it. A question for you Damien Hardwick."

Hardwick did not reply. Ouch!!

It's those terrible white uniforms. Horrid.

I've made comment before but Leon Cameron is very lucky to still have his job imo

I agree.  You could argue that they've had a pretty terrible run with injuries for a few years, and they have made it to the big dance before, but you would have expected more from them considering the list, salary cap and then draft selections they consistently get by trading their cast offs.

What's the go with GWS, surely they're better than Essendon

Watching these two teams (both above is and yet to be played) is very encouraging.

Very encouraging.

Just on the Quaynor incident, it's amazing how much damage was done for what looked like fairly innocuous contact. A scratch with a bit of blood I'd have understood, but this was a deep gash like he'd been slashed with a wood splitter

What a joke of a free kick to the Giants

It was a terrible decision

Nothing gets my pecker harder than the bombers giving up a 5 goal lead. 5816 days without winning a final and long may it continue!

They have played finals in that time....just not won one.

However I completely agree love seeing those cheats lose, although I'd be pretty dirty about that ward free.

God this is weird.  Id be surprised if Chol wasnt angry about it.  If anyone stuck their finger in my bum they'd be knocked out cold on the spot.  And I didnt even mentioned the constant penis grabbing.

Riewoldt is doing it to the player next to him as well. Unsure why that wasn’t also reported on.

Best spin I’ve seen since Warney’s leg breaks by Ward but hey, it’s the Dons.

Don't agree with the decision either but happy to see essendon lose especially when they were about to kick into there 50 when the siren sounded. They were 5 goals up and got ran over.

But yeah I mean with the talent gws have they should be well up the ladder. I know they had no Toby tonight but there midfield is still pretty good.

anyway essendon lost. Good.

  • PREVIEW: North Melbourne

Can you believe it? After a long period of years over which Melbourne has dominated in matches against North Melbourne, the Demons are looking down the barrel at two defeats at the hands of the Kangaroos in the same season. And if that eventuates, it will come hot on the heels of an identical result against the Gold Coast Suns. How have the might fallen? There is a slight difference in that North Melbourne are not yet in the same place as Gold Coast. Like Melbourne, they are currently situated in the lower half of the ladder and though they did achieve a significant upset when the teams met earlier in the season, their subsequent form has been equally unimpressive and inconsistent.

  • REPORT: Adelaide

The atmosphere at the Melbourne Football Club at the beginning of the season was aspirational following an injury-plagued year in 2024. Coach Simon Goodwin had lofty expectations with the return of key players, the anticipated improvement from a maturing group with a few years of experience under their belts, and some exceptional young talent also joining the ranks. All of that went by the wayside as the team failed to click into action early on. It rallied briefly with a new strategy but has fallen again with five more  consecutive defeats.
