Cheers from Cambodia.  Watching with a few converts drinking 50¢ beers. Go Dees.  Any supporters in Sihanoukville are welcome.

Watching first half in bed at home in Belgium. Shower and getting breakfast ready at halftime then watching second half with coffee.

Unfortunately my wife (Crows Fan) judges me; my dog Scooby does stick up for me though :)

Keep dog

I'll be at home.

The two finals I was there.  Ate Costco pizza before the match,  smuggled coke and scotch,  Costco hotdog at half time.....   so I'll drop off pizza to the wife at lunch time saturday and drink the scotch and eat the hotdog on my own

it's eased now.  finally

I’ll be behind the east end of the goals at Optus Stadium throwing Toby Greene fly kicks!

West Coast better use the stadium sponsor and phone all there friends... Because there going to f..king need it!

Go the Mighty Demons! Bring Hell! ?? ???

I’m in two minds as to whether my son and daughter and I watch it at home or go to federation square.

Although it would be fantastic watching it with all those supporters I hope we can get a good spot and be able to see it clearly.

Id hate to make the journey in , only to get a poor view of the game.

Taking public funded helicopter to Mornington Peninsula tonight. Will be yell'n 'n scream'n at some boozer but anyone know of a good one with sound & vision aplenty down that way? Flinders pub?

Good call, would hope there is no TV lag either. Very picky with that stuff!

After making the trek from Adelaide for both finals so far (been amazing!) I'll be at Bernie's Hackney Hotel sinking a few quiet/nervous ales from about 1pm ?❤️?

After being at the G for the last 2 games, i'll be watching from home.

Plenty of cold beer and a comfy chair.

However, I have been relegated to the back room on the smaller TV. Probably not a bad suggestion by the Mrs.

Big screen warranty excludes bias umpiring in the west.

Uncle @Bitter but optimistic should be able to hook you up with one of the fine drinking establishments in the Macedon region?  Heck, you might even get an invite to the Manor if you ask nicely...

I can tell you that the Romsey pub is no longer operational. The pub in Gisborne was ok a few years ago.

As to The Manor - private function.

At home by myself - can yell & scream as much as I like, tape it and watch it again (if we win) - getting texts from daughter who is likely to be at Fed Square! Coming down and will be at the GF. Hope the Dees are there too?

usually take a radio to the footy and tune in now and then for play highlights (after goals) or where there is controversy etc.

Last week thought I would reduce the weight of the backpack, go high tech and listen on the phone. Didn't count on the delay of around 30 seconds where the ball would be at one end and they were still commenting on the play from the other end of the ground !!

Went and bought a $7 mini transistor at the $2 shop for my next trip to the MCG

tip. i bought a portable inexpensive DAB+ radio. it works great inside the mcg and on the train, where the typical am/fm radio wouldn't. highly recommend - all the footy stations also broadcast in digital (dab+)

Haha we've all been there! Only to get the rude surprise of the delay. I quite often like listening to the radio coverage at games if I'm there by myself. The trade-off is having bursting pockets consisting of wallet, phone and some clunky transistor unit.

Really need a smaller solution, might try and get to a $2 shop before heading to Fed Square tomorrow!

Are you wearing a skirt for the Grand Final if we make it?

Mornington Peninsula — has the polo season started?

Trip Gill off his pony, will you please.

And no doubt nothing noted at the MCG gates by the “metal detectors”.

Idoubt if they have batteries in them .... maybe they are mock ups from the $2 shop too?

Watching on from Cocos pub in Rembrandt Square, Amsterdam with Skuit. I just witnessed a Richmond supporter go feral there and swear constantly at anyone near him in the 2nd half. Classy effort. (They really are everywhere).

They always remind me of toy light sabers.

Scholars Lounge in Rome - would love some company...

No idea yet. I could watch at home by myself or go into Fed Square. I genuinely haven't made up my mind but I'm becoming more anxious as the match draws closer...

In exactly the same boat.

  • REPORT: Fremantle

For this year’s Easter Saturday game at the MCG, Simon Goodwin and his Demons wound the clock back a few years to wipe out the horrible memories of last season’s twin thrashings at the hands of the Dockers. And it was about time! Melbourne’s indomitable skipper Max Gawn put in a mammoth performance in shutting out his immediate opponent Sean Darcy in the ruck and around the ground and was a colossus at the end when the game was there to be won or lost. It was won by 16.11.107 to 14.13.97. There was the battery-charged Easter Bunny in Kysaiah Pickett running anyone wearing purple ragged, whether at midfield stoppages or around the big sticks. He finish with a five goal haul.

  • CASEY: UWS Giants

The Casey Demons took on an undefeated UWS Giants outfit at their own home ground on a beautiful autumn day but found themselves completely out of their depth going down by 53 points against a well-drilled and fair superior combination. Despite having 15 AFL listed players at their disposal - far more than in their earlier matches this season - the Demons were never really in the game and suffered their second defeat in a row after their bright start to the season when they drew with the Kangaroos, beat the Suns and matched the Cats for most of the day on their own dung heap at Corio Bay. The Giants were a different proposition altogether. They had a very slight wind advantage in the opening quarter but were too quick off the mark for the Demons, tearing the game apart by the half way mark of the term when they kicked the first five goals with clean and direct football.

The Dees are back at the MCG on Thursday for the annual blockbuster ANZAC Eve game against the Tigers. Can the Demons win back to back games for the first time since Rounds 17 & 18 last season? Who comes in and who goes out?
