It would be interesting to know. somehow they may have more relevance. I suspect a few, but let's see.....It would give a lot more relevance to their understanding of the game.

clearly there are doctors and lawyers who post and they often reveal themselves, why not AFL experts?

I remember reading (on demonland or the old 'ology) that players were warned by the club not to venture onto this site.

However I reckon a few may take a peek! Old players? probably a few. However if I was a current player and had had a couple of poor matches, I'd not want to come anywhere near opening this site. It'd make me suicidal!

I'm a little suspicious of yourself given the approach of a new thread?

I expect guys like Robbo, Ox and Garry Lyon would jump on here at times considering their involvement in the media. It's a good way to gauge how the hardcore supporters are feeling, and occasionally get some useful information.

Yeah I'd expect the media people to peruse this forum.

Jimmy definitely did not encourage players to visit here or 'Ology.

Most footy stories originate from Big Footy or club based supporter sites like this. If it goes [censored] up they can blame anonymous users on the internet. Clowns.

Col Garland used to post on Big Footy before he was drafted.

Yeah for sure. Even just for loose statements like your classic "Most Melbourne people would say that Jake Lever would be a valuable addition" line

One in particular. For the sake of privacy, let's call him J Watts. Actually, that's too obvious. Let's say Jack W.

One of my favorite players back in the glory days was Barrie Vagg, who is also one of my favorite posters here.

Presumably - in fact I think there are site rules governing this that one can't use a player's mane unless you are he - Ray Biffin also posts.

Of course not. Saty is actually Garry Baker after having been put through the wash too many times.

I'm Garry Baker

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc.
