Genetic factor?

Could be. Could be just coincidence too. Victim of circumstances.

I always thought Bob Murphy would hold up for his career. Sometimes circumstances can be cruel.

Genetics? Don't forget the differences between family members. I just need to look at my beloved and her sister.  Thank goodness for the differences otherwise I would have been committed many years ago just to escape.

Bieber's cousin is my third favourite artist. Can you confirm if this is actually true or just a joke?

Would have been more excited if Bieber had a genetic predisposition to an exploding head.

I have ordered my sniper rifle in the mail.

Just waiting on a psychological evaluation.

May take years.

Prehab needed.

Hopefully after Petracca we've got all our boys doing the exercises he did post knee now whilst they are healthy.

That said, the Dogs have had a heap of knee injuries to both senior and reserves players. I think they've got 4 out now and Libba just back.

Harsh game footy. I feel like every game you play at any level is a chance to do a shoulder, knee or ankle and you're a lucky player at any level if you play a decent amount of games and don't do one of those injuries needing a long lay off.

There are Petraccas everywhere.

Here's a recent picture of a scoreboard from an Under 12 basketball game in my grandson's league.

No 5 looked like he could play a little bit but unlike another Petracca who carries the number #5, this one was wearing proper footwear and wasn't trying to slam dunk.

When CP5 did his knee a year or so ago, I thought I read that he got advice from his brother about rehab as his  brother had done one too.

Can't find the story online after a lazy 2 minute search so I gave up.

THE ACCIDENTAL DEMONS by The Oracle

In the space of eight days, the Melbourne Football Club’s plans for the coming year were turned upside down by two season-ending injuries to players who were contending strongly for places in its opening round match against the GWS Giants. Shane McAdam was first player to go down with injury when he ruptured an Achilles tendon at Friday afternoon training, a week before the cut-off date for the AFL’s pre-season supplemental selection period (“SSP”). McAdam was beginning to get some real mom

RETURN TO NORMAL by Whispering Jack

One of my prized possessions is a framed, autographed guernsey bearing the number 31 worn by my childhood hero, Melbourne’s champion six time premiership player Ronald Dale Barassi who passed away on 16 September 2023, aged 87. The former captain who went on to a successful coaching career, mainly with other clubs, came back to the fold in his later years as a staunch Demon supporter who often sat across the way from me in the Northern Stand of the MCG cheering on the team. Barassi died the
