I think so many have shown improvement, but that's it for them - they're still not AFL standard.

What I do look forward to is watching Roos build this list like a craftsman.

This list has come from the lowest of low points (the whole of 2013) to being more competitive on more occasions this year. This is really all we can expect. The coach is a proven coach. The players are mostly poor. A very few may develop. There are no outstanding stars (to compare with the likes of Luke hodge, Steve Johnson, Gary ablett or lance franklin). We need at least 2 or 3 if those. We need some intensity and desire and team spirit.
