Any chance Goodwin can coach the Swans this week??

Cox is going to heavily rely on goody for info, but maybe we can show goody our new fun, enjoyable game plan

The SCG is a horrible ground for AFL standard footy, and notoriously a lot of the play is contest after contest at ground level due to fewer spaces. Does this unfortunately mean that Jeffo might miss out?

Culley and Taylor out.

If Cross comes in for Culley, does he have the fitness and conditioning to play on the wing, or do Langford and Langdon play wing and Cross comes into the midfield rotations with 50-60 on field time??

TMac in for Taylor.

So he should, he was EXCELLENT tonight!

Let’s not get carried away. His first half was terrible and his second half was ok.

Our VFL Round 6 match vs the Swans is being played before the AFL match at Tramway Oval which is a 5-minute walk from the SCG. It begins at midday.

Folks attending the SCG might wanna go to support Casey at Tramway Oval beforehand.

Why would he? Is Cox unwell or something?

Kingy will be on 360 tomorrow night 👍🏽

I think Kingy likes the wings tall and good over head. Means im not 100% sure who comes in for Cully. If either Rivers or XL are fit i'd be getting them in.

I wouldnt rush Bowser back in, but its great to see that he's not far off.

Agree we need another tall back unless they think Jaith or Lever can play on Amarty without givong up much on the intercept. Disco to Charlie.

Tolstrup to the Lizzard?

Who does Jordon go to? Steele? Sparrow or Windsor?

Excellent info, we were wondering what to do before the game on Sunday. Now we have a plan!

There are a few of us from the DA who will be there. Finally, getting the stupid o’clock flight coz it’s cheaper pays off. 🥳

I’ll be the one in red & blue. 😅

Cheer squad joke. NEVER not funny. Even if we’re the only ones who find it funny.

Grundy full fwd too 😂

I'm in the keep Lingers in the Men's Department camp. Let someone else have a go on the wing, if we can.

I'd rather he didn't actually given he has been credited as being a key driver of their new, hyper agressive ball movement that has the Swans playing such high scoring, dominant football.

As Director of Coaching and Performance at the Swans, Goodwin is responsible for 'team strategy, training implementation, and overall offense.'

OUT: Culley, Heath

IN: Bowey, Plugger Mac

If Bowey gets thru the vfl he’s straight in for mine

Gawn vs Grundy one out on the small ground

Bowey played half the game for Casey.

Will need a full game at least before being readied AFL you would think.

i personally don't think so

you don't waste yr best players in the vfl

if he's got enough run in his legs, straight back into seniors

I think the fact that they only let him play a half in the VFL, indicates he hasn’t got enough run in his legs.

Also imagine the message that would send to the rest of the list, that a player who can’t run out a VFL game, takes the place of a fit player.

I don’t think King is that type of Coach.

Hope Heeney misses again.

  • CASEY: Richmond

The winds finally returned to Casey Fields for the Demons’ third home game of the VFL season, and its impact was immediate. After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit. Casey responded by turning the contest into a scramble, pressuring Richmond into errors and missed targets. The tactic proved crucial, keeping the game tight for three and a half quarters before the Demons pulled away with the autumn wind at their backs.

  • REPORT: Richmond

It seemed as if the whole purpose of the Anzac Eve clash at the MCG between the Demons and the Tigers was building toward that single, unforgettable moment when Kozzie Pickett soared above Campbell Gray and all but fittingly etched his name onto the face of the 2026 Frank ‘Checker’ Hughes Medal.
