GAMEDAY: Rd 07 vs Richmond

I haven’t read through this whole thread, but I hope there’s been no complaining about the umpiring… we really have had the rub of the green and if not for some of the poor decisions/non-decisions, we might well be trailing going into the final quarter.

I honestly cannot think of too many positives to take from this game at all.

Blake Howes for me.

And the big Moose, we need more of him.

I was really thinking of a ten goal win.

We will be lucky to actually win this.

If we can reverse trend of Tigers coming out and kicking the first and we score it ......we will win I think.

We have a lot of well rested players out there😀

Gawn obviously injured.

Chandler needs to find his first quarter form.

Latrelle needs to get his hands on it.

At the MCG tonight. Dees doing just enough to win this. Coming off a 5 day break beating Brisbane, as long as it is a win and not a cliff-hanger that is all that matters. Dees to win by 30 odd points at the final siren.

I have nothing but LOVE for the umps this game.

Not gonna cement your spot doing that Jeffo.

Breaking news

Fritsch lays an effective tackle.

And again!

Most won't agree, butI actually prefer to have the umpires against us. I feel almost dirty when we get such a run of Line ball decisions.

another tackle by fritsch

he can do it when he's switched on

lol this umpiring!!!

It’s actually been disgusting

That's how you do it Fritta. Take it seriously and you're a star. Faff around and you're a liability.

To be honest Richmond are too undisciplined, understanble because they are a young team.

Id be annoyed if I was a Tigers fan.

Poor umpiring.

And does Fritta kick the winning goal?

fritsch can be frustrating but that was pure class

No ah we deserve good umpiring

this kayo commentary is awful, active barracking against us… calling into question every free kick we get..

Laughable the tigers had more HTB free kicks for the game as the commentators were saying how easy we have had it

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
