Which team would you LIKE to see win the flag this year?

This is not necessarily the team you THINK will win it.

I voted for GWS.  Go the Oranges!

Your vote is secret, but anybody who selects Geelong will be hunted down then tarred and feathered.

Not a question. GWS all the way. For Jesse, for the fact that we won’t have to hear about it one day after the grand final, and because all remaining 7 options are despicable and make me sick.

I swear to god if Geelong wins another flag I am out.

I’m hoping all the stadiums doors get stuck and no one is able to open them, resulting in the cancellation of the season

I had this thought exactly this afternoon.

Surely not.

I’m gunning for the AFLW Dees.

Not looking anywhere else!

Go girls.

I will go with GWS. They and their few supporters are far enough away that it won’t be in our face day in day out.

It’s also an Olympic year and they have the 2000 training track. Symmetry.

Sydney. Breath-taking to watch when they are on song.

Preference in order:

1. Giants

2. Swans

3. Lions

4. Dogs

5. Cats

6. Port

7. Hok

8. Blues

Care factor close to zero, but given that I still have a soft spot for Hogan and Bedford, would have to be the Giants.

ZZZzz but GO SWANS

GWS would be my preferred but I think it's going to be the Doggies. They've hit form at the perfect time again - though the Hawks is going to be a tough game for them.

But what's the order?

The one I don't want to see win it at all is Geelong followed closely by Carlton and Brisbane (good thing they play each other).

That's a good call, but can he switch to GWS?

no, he's always been loyal to the team that drafted him, even when the puddy tatts backed up the truck

Gws for Hogan

Port for Hinkley.  Dude cops more shizen from his fam base than any other coach.  They'll give him both barrels again otherwise.

If Port wins I will leave the state for a few weeks.

All Sydney GF would be great.

The Blues, the lid is off!! ... and floating down the Torrens River after Willie Rioli tore up Fremantle tonight in Perth 😁

  • CASEY: Richmond

The winds finally returned to Casey Fields for the Demons’ third home game of the VFL season, and its impact was immediate. After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit. Casey responded by turning the contest into a scramble, pressuring Richmond into errors and missed targets. The tactic proved crucial, keeping the game tight for three and a half quarters before the Demons pulled away with the autumn wind at their backs.

  • REPORT: Richmond

It seemed as if the whole purpose of the Anzac Eve clash at the MCG between the Demons and the Tigers was building toward that single, unforgettable moment when Kozzie Pickett soared above Campbell Gray and all but fittingly etched his name onto the face of the 2026 Frank ‘Checker’ Hughes Medal.
