He absolutely destroys us every stinking time. He doesn’t even try to hide his bias.

Check his Sportsbet account.  Every time.

Just need to ride the momentum against better. Can let De Konning or others have such easy access to goals..

we are switched on.

Been one of our best.

Too many bad decisions, almost costed us a goal there in the last 10 seconds of the quarter.

Langdon and Salem just don't have the energy for finals.

Should have got more reward for effort but still a much better start.

Was TDK second goal a dive?

The umpires helped Carlton. That wasn’t a free kick that resulted in their last goal. Whoever wins tonight I think will go far. But I love seeing daring football. There is an opportunity to switch the play and run and gun.

It may have only taken 5 years, but I'm glad we're learning to lower our eyes going forward. Should be further in front considering the general play, but it's only quarter time and I'm happy enough with a lead.

Salem has the energy, but uncontrollable.

Too many brain fades

Umpireton as I expected

To Kozzie, your mistake was not good, you let your team down.

Mistake

Not a fan of Max's centre bounce tap work tonight - he's letting Carlton have first use of the ball.
Clarry's up and under kicks are also killing us.

Gah Chandler such good work but missed opportunity

It’s Game Day and the Demons have made the long trip west to take on Fremantle tonight at Optus Stadium. Can Melbourne make it two from two to start the season, and what are you hoping to see from the Dees under the lights in Perth?

The dominant storyline coming out of Round One for Saturday Night’s clash at Optus Stadium centres on the influence of the big men. The spotlight naturally falls on two elite ruckmen who, five years ago, shared the stage in Melbourne’s memorable premiership triumph.
